These taste great, but do have an artificial flavor. Mostly not too bad though knowing when you buy it, that is exactly what it is. I make a hot toddy with it during the cold nights of the winter.

Taste great’ I can’t tell it’s sugar free and I am very senseless to the “artificial” taste of sugar substitutes. I am so thankful that I found this for those chilly days. It’s not available in our small town- thanks Amazon!
