I’ve had this pillow a few weeks now. I wanted to wait to write a review to see how if it could help my severe back pain and I am so grateful to say it has. I had my second kiddo in December of 2018 in which the epidural was not administered correctly. I’ve had awful back pain no matter which position I sleep every night since. There have been nights where I’ve woken up in tears because I’m paralyzed with pain. I can’t move because I know a jolt of pain will hit when I do, but just laying there hurts as well. I read about wedged pillows and this one has saved me from back pain! It’s definitely NOT MEMORY FOAM. It’s just regular ole’ foam. My husband has Tempur-Pedic memory foam pillows and this foam doesn’t even remotely compare in comfort, but it is a firm foam pillow that won’t collapse after you’ve laid on it all night. I tried sleeping without it one night to see if the pain would return and it did so I’m sticking with this pillow for awhile. It does take some getting used to, especially if you’re not a back sleeper and it’s not super comfortable if you try sleeping on your sides but I still do every now and then. If you have back pain, I would definitely suggest trying it. It truly has been a blessing for me. (Side note - also really helpful if you’re a breastfeeding momma and you use it as a back rest!)

I bought this for reflux and wasn't sure what size to buy so I ended up buying the 10" and 12". I am 5'5" and tried using this on my side and back. I found the 10" to make my waist kink when I laid down on my side, though the 12" didn't give me that issue. The 12" was better for laying on my back of I wanted to watch tv. Overall I felt the 12" was a better size for me. You do need a pillow or your neck will become crinked. The deal breaker for me was that the 10" had no smell at all when I opened it but the 12" was so strong I could barely stand to test the pillow then had to put it back in the bag and bring it far away. I thought this was made in the USA based on a 10" Q+A but then the 12" Q+A said China and the Lenora page shows a China address. Because of the smell I'm returning both and will look for something else. But if you're around my size and want this to simulate maybe 3 pillows then go for the 12" pillow.

Bought this to keep my leg elevated after knee replacement surgery, to reduce swelling. It fits nicely on my couch (hangs off the edge only 1-2 inches which is not an issue) and I can lay back and get my legs above my heart. Much better than a pile of pillows that kept toppling over when I moved around. After full recovery, I expect to use this occasionally to elevate my head when I've got a cold and can't sleep flat.I've also used it a couple of times behind my back when sitting on the floor doing my leg exercises and it was really comfortable and fit well.My only regret is that I didn't have this the day I got home from the hospital, didn't buy it for a week until I was having trouble with swelling and successfully elevating.

Well, I primarily got this for nech pain relief, and was a bit wary as I'm a side sleeper and I'm fairly certain this is for back sleepers. It wasn't the pain relief I was looking for (neither were some other products I ordered)... But I think that's less the problem of the pillow and more my own problem.All in all, I'm loving this pillow. It's comfy and nice to sleep on. I was a bit worried when I got the package as it was bundled up tight, and after fluffing up a bit it still seemed a bit short on height, but I think it was exactly the height I needed.Overall, good pillow and even if it doesn't fit your situation perfectly, it's still not a waste of money.

I bought this because of a lung disease has made it necessary for me to sleep with my head elevated. Rather than using blocks under my headboard, I decided to just use this Wedge Pillow. This gives wonderful shoulder and back support as well. Remember you do not have to sleep all the way at the top, I lay about half way up with a pillow under my head. Very comfortable,

This pillow is so unmanageable, uncomfortable, that I could never sleep on it, so "Sleep Quality" is not applicable.I could not use the pillow for reading or watching tv, so after one night, I returned it today. Yes, it was shipped to me "free" in a small box. Once opened, the pillow expanded so that it could never be returned in the same box. I had to pay $17.51 to return it to Amazon, almost half of the cost of the pillow. This will definitely influence future Amazon purchases that may have to be returned. On a positive note, however, the pillow, though uncomfortable, did appear to be well made. Fair is fair!

I ordered this pillow because it was the only one that was available for next day delivery to me even though I was hesitant of the few reviews compared to other pillows, but am SO happy with this one! I’ve had moderate to severe lower back pain since January that I couldn’t fix with anything (chiropractor, stretching, foam rolling, desk chair cushion, etc.), and after a week of sleeping on this my back pain is 90% gone. Definitely worth a shot if you have lower back pain!

Purchased for nighttime sleep aid due to acid indigestion. Pillow propped me up too high and gave me awful lower back pain so I could not use.
