Looks very good, and it's good value for the money, it's not cheap for sure.The two shelves I would say are not worth drilling 6 holes for them.We ended up not using them, and we will find an alternative.Took a while to be delivered because of some issues with the carrier.

Overall product installed nicely and finished look is clean. For the price this is a very value oriented install. Not sure I would want this as my everyday shower though. The instructions were the most challenging for sure. I read them over and over and researched online before I installed. Many online videos are just wrong or not best practice. I am a contractor but never installed a 5 piece all in one kit before. I am not sure if the average homeowner will get a great finished look. I know I could write a set of instructions with better pictures and diagrams that could cut the install time in half, especially the door unit. Also due to the kit, caulk joints will be critical to maintain in future. I would recommend based on use to inspect at least twice a year and touch up as needed.

Shower kit arrived intact except for the two glass shelves were broken. Called Dreamstyle and they overnighted two replacements. Quality materials for a fair price!

Product arrived broken. On the manufacturer's website, they provide a live chat/phone/email/fax version. Live chat does not work, phone number does not ever reach anyone. I have received one email response back but it's been 6 days since I have provided everything and there is no response.

Recently updated a guest bathroom and used this kit to replace a tub/shower combination. This kit arrived exceptionally well packed. Nice quality fit and finish. Easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Really adds a nice finishing touch to this bathroom.

Shipping was completed by RTL, on time and communicated along the way. The driver was very helpful and helped to get the large heavy pallet into a place I needed, he had a pallet jack. No easy task on my angled driveway.The shower pieces are well packed and be sure to go through all of the packing carefully for parts, they can hide in plain sight and well wrapped.The only flaw in the installation instructions was where it specified a 5/16" hole for the wall mounts, this proved to be WAY too big causing me to improvise a new solution, a 1/4" hole would have been better. I removed an old 1962 bathtub, old wall board and used 1/2" exterior smooth plywood for my wall base, primed to seal surface. Added additional studs for doors and seat support.The base and walls are well made and heavy duty, no thin walls here. The glass door is very nice, secure and well made.Everything went in easily and looks great. I added a folding wall seat and a slick shower panel.

Instructions for installation were incomplete. Product is flimsy and difficult to handle. Looks very good once we finally got it installed.
