KEEP SPARES ON HAND
We keep several of these on hand for when they burn out. Easy to install. Gets the boiler up and running in minutes. They are cheap enough that we can have a bunch hanging from the basement rafters, ready to go. They last about 2 heating seasons. Takes about 10 minutes to change. Saves a ton of money by not having to call a boiler repairman!

Received a Residio brand...
I ordered a Honeywell thermocouple, picture shows a Honeywell, however what I received was a Residio. Turns out it’s the same company, Amazon should say so in the product description.

If your pilot light shuts off immediately, this will probably fix it
The heat didn't come on the other day, so I went down to the furnace and realized, eventually, that the pilot light was out. I went through the reset process several times, and the light went out IMMEDIATELY upon letting go of the reset button. I looked around online and figured out pretty quickly it was probably this. I found the 24 inch one in Lowe's, which worked in a pinch, but really wasn't long enough, so I bought the 30 inch version. Fits a Weil-McClain gas boiler just fine.Once I figured out what was what in the furnace, as it was my first time working on one, the replacement was pretty easy, requiring only a screwdriver and adjustable wrench. If you get stuck, YouTube should be able to help you resolve any issues.Be sure to turn your thermostat off or all the way down before doing this, and turn off the gas to the furnace. You do NOT want the furnace to fire up in the middle of working on it.

Good fit for older Lennox CI30 gas stove/fireplace...
I could have gotten away with a shorter thermocouple but just carefully coiled/routed the excess underneath my stove/fireplace. Even though the sensor portion of this thermocouple was smaller in diameter, it works fine. I will update this review if/when circumstances change or the unit fails.
