ELIYA Organic Young King Coconut Water, 10.1 fl. oz Glass Bottle

I've ordered this coconut water for at least the last 2 or 3 years now and it continues to be the absolute BEST tasting, highest quality organic coconut water I've found yet! I was ordering so much of it that the company even reached out to me and offered me extra coupon codes to help save me as much money as they could (I was buying AT LEAST 1 to 3 cases per week minimum!) Which was awesome in my eyes, since NO OTHER company has EVER done anything like that for me before or since! I've had shipments arrive with damaged bottles (Thanks UPS for "tossing" my boxes CLEARLY marked "FRAGILE"!) and this company has ALWAYS and IMMEDIATELY replaced my ENTIRE order at ZERO COST to me, even telling me to keep whatever bottles were undamaged! The ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!I will admit that initially I thought I wouldn't like this coconut water as I became accustomed to how much sugar is added to the coconut water sold here in the US, but after receiving my first order and tasting it, I knew I'd never be able to stand drinking any other coconut water again! If you're looking for something that's extra sweet or "syrupy sweet" then I doubt you'd like this, but if you're looking for something that is refreshing, crisp with just enough sweetness to tickle your taste buds, THEN THIS IS THE COCONUT WATER FOR YOU!It also helped me shave off a few pounds naturally (and keep it off as well!) and prevents the "Charlie horse" type muscle spasms I frequently had thanks to all the natural electrolytes in it! Plus, I no longer feel like I'm constantly dehydrated, which I use to thanks to my diabetes.This Organic Coconut Water from ELIYA has been everything I was looking for AND MORE and I'm so glad I decided to give it a try! Misleading and it a very small bottle compared to the pictures I'm annoyed and I want my money back

I purchased the product because i love coconut water and this one was in glass bottle and organic.It was a waste of money. Impossible to drink. Bitter, strange taste.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I called and let them know their glass bottle is faulty. First impression.... when he answered the phone I didn't even know he was on the phone. He just answered and didn't say a word. then I heard some noise like friends/family in a home not like a company office. I had to say "Hello?" then got a "hello" back. I then asked if this was the Eliya coconut water company and was told yes. (terrible greeting, very unprofessional of this company)I let him know that the lid to the glass bottle would not unscrew off, I couldn't open it. I handed it to my husband to get off (he was sitting in our bed) and the glass broke/exploded at the bottom. shards of glass all over our bed and our bed drenched in coconut water.I was told by the customer service representative over and over again that "glass doesn't do that"REALLY?!? Because it just happened to us! (please see the photo)Absolutely no help and did not care at all. Horrible company. Not professional AT ALL. I do not and will not support companies that do not care about their customers.
