Keep These On Hand
These fit my hand held shower wand. I got tired of never having this size when I needed it. The need is so rare, I forget about it, then all of a sudden there is a leak, and I need a gasket and don't have it. After a while, removing and cleaning the old washer doesn't work anymore,. Hopefully I can remember where I stored them, and will be prepared next time the need arises.

Did the job at a very reasonable price
I needed to replace the diverter valve which switches between the standard shower head and the hose connected to the shower wand. I tried to reuse the old washers but they were too hard and deformed and did not seal. These washers solved that problem. I have two negative comments despite my 5 star rating. The description and some of the photos show that these work with 3/4" hose bibs. This is not correct. These work with shower pipe fittings which are 1/2" tapered pipe fittings. The second issue is also minor. Because these are fairly low durometer (soft) and my new valve had a limited number of threads, I had to use two washers to get one of the connections to seal.

These washers worked great to correct my leaking shower head.

not very good
I don't know about these. Plumbing is not my strong suit, but I figured one of these would prevent leaking. I may have over-tightened the first one, so I replaced it and went slow tightening the 2d time. It still leaks a little. Maybe it's my plumbing and not the gasket at fault. But I think a better gasket might solve the leak.
