FABULOUS!!!!!
This is the BEST thing since sliced Bread. Very easy instructions, and after the 20 min workout you can feel it from your wrists to your feet. I feel so much better after only using this for a short month. I will continue to use this method and DVD forever! This is the very 1st workout dvd that I have ever left a review. Do yourself a favor and get this. The BEST money you will ever invest for yourself.

Boring!
I purchased this DVD set due to the high ratings. I have enjoyed a Kettlebell Bootcamp work out and wanted to change it up. All it is all the same moves over and over. Ridiculous. I paid [...] to do something I could have done on my own.

Disappointed by the lack of variety
I was a little disappointed with this workout.First of all, it's a single circuit of six exercises repeated four times. She features an ab section at the end. I have no problem with the format and this workout IS challenging. It just feels like a small circuit consisting of only six exercises seems to be a waste of a DVD to me. You can find a similar routines from many certified kettlebell trainers on YouTube for free.Secondly, there is no on-screen timer which would have at least made putting this workout on DVD a little more useful. After you learn the routine on this DVD, you're better off just ditching the DVD and doing it on your own with a Gym Boss timer.I have no problem with Sarah Lurie and think she's a fine instructor...but I just wish she'd use the DVD format to it's maximum potential. I will give her kudos for making the presentation Anamorphic Widescreen...I would recommend any of the Anthony DiLuglio DVDs which contain 14 unique intervals and plenty of variety. The Kettle Bell Way 2 has a nice randomize feature to give you even more variety...and it is that kind of thing that I buy a workout DVD for.I think the only reason I'll keep this DVD is for when I'm travelling as I think it makes a fine little workout to do in your hotel room while on a trip.

Almost.....
Sarah's DVD's were the first I ever owned and they got me into kettlebelling. I get great results from using her DVD's. The only thing with this one, is that I wish there were more routines.

A great Workout!!
This girl is strong, and she paces herself and you through the workout!! She is actually working out with you, which makes this DVD a step above the Kettle Works Dvds"Which I really like" If you are ready for a tough workout grab your kettlebells and jump in.. I like the rest periods between sets, this is a winner!! I look forward to owning more of her DVDs..

No variety but it is OK
I like being able to use 2 bells at the same time but this workout gets borning because you do the very same thing in each set.

Good way to learn kettlebells
I picked this up as a way to learn the basic kettlebell moves and for this I was not disappointed. The instructional portions of this workout breaks down each move and is very carefully taught. The move is shown from multiple angles so that you can see how it truly looks. She is also very complete in her verbal instructions. In short, the instructions provided are superb. Each volume is then followed by a short workout. I found the workout section to be repetitive and I will probably not do them again. This is a good video to pick up if you want to learn kettlebell moves. I would not recommend this to anyone already familiar with the kettlebell because they will probably not enjoy the workout. Its not a terrible workout, but there are more interesting workouts available.
