Philips H11 CrystalVision Ultra Upgraded Bright White Headlight Bulb, 2 Pack

I'm a die-hard car guy and good lighting at night is very critical for me. These bulbs were a perfect replacement for the stock bulbs in my 2012 Chrysler 300 C. The stock bulbs were very dim and yellow leaving me straining a bit to see the road at night especially with oncoming traffic head lights. I also didn't like that the stock bulbs didn't match the white LED surround of the headlights. After putting in these bulbs I can see better, further and with less eye strain...win, win, win!I have Silverstar bulbs in my 2006 Charger SRT-8 and these are far better than those.Worth every penny of the reasonable cost and I have purchased the same type bulbs to replace my fog lights too!The photos show how they look at night on low beam with the stock fog lights (which add a little bit of yellow color). The photos are taken with my iPhone and unedited other than size and cropping. Good white light and good illumination of the roadway. I am very pleased with these bulbs.

I’ve purchased these bulbs for my Legacy projector H11 low beams several times. These bulbs are excellent. Unlike LEDs, these are safe, legal, and very bright in a projector(low beam) lens setup. I usually get about a year for a pair. - totally worth it. Much whiter and brighter than stock, but not “in your face ridiculous” like a lot of the illegal LED bulbs people are using these days. These strike a great balance. I’ve considered going all LED but decided to stay with these - LEDs look nice, but have much shorter illuminating distance than these. So after some trial and error I found the perfect combination - these H11s in my low beams, and a pair of Philips LED in my fog lights (6000k) - this combination works PERFECT - the h11s give you the distance and the LED fogs fill out everything close and around the front of the car - perfect combination and I totally recommend it. The key is to make sure you use the same or very close color temperature on all the lighting to get a nice even illumination that is consistent - very important.

I received my Crystal Vision bulbs yesterday and was super excited to install them on my 06 GTO. The stock bulbs were yellow and dim, especially for projectors. I had purchased a cheap pair of 5000K H9's and modified the socket to fit the H11 plug. I was looking for a bright white light with no blue in it to match my LED fog light bulbs. Color was spot on with the H9's but light output was lacking and one burned out in a month. It was just an experiment and finding the right H9's proved to be difficult and relatively expensive. Bought the Philips bulbs expecting that bright white light with no yellow and installed them during the day. Sadly the light had a very faint yellowish tint in the daylight and initially I was disappointed because the color didn't match the fogs. However got a chance to drive the car tonight in the dark and color (see what I did there lol) me impressed and no longer disappointed. These bulbs are amazing in the dark and at a great price to boot. The color still has a tiny bit of yellow and still don't match the fogs exactly but it's close enough for my OCD not to kick in because of the usable light they produce. They blow away the OEM's and provide a ton more illumination than the H9's. My car is Australian built so it runs the lights anytime the car is on but at lower wattage during the day in daytime running light mode so we'll see how long these last. For the price though I'm already satisfied for what I paid, would have left 5 stars if the yellow color wasn't present.

Update - February 2018:The warranty for these bulbs says they're good for two years at up to 3 hours use per day. I use them about two hours most days on my long commute, so I thought I'd see how well the warranty works. Pretty darn good, it turns out. After an email to Philips, they requested some info (receipt, several pictures, etc.) that I sent off several days later.Six weeks later, just when I was going to email them again, I got a FEDEX package with a two-pack of the bulbs as a replacement; good way to keep a customer. Excellent customer service, so I'll bump the review up from 4-star to 5-star. The other original bulb is still going strong, so maybe my failed one was just an infant failure.Original Review:Well, on the one hand, these do a great job of lighting up the road. I live in a rural area with no street lights anywhere, and the light from these bulbs is crisp and white and a huge improvement over the OEM lights that came with my Mazda3.On the other hand, after just one year, one bulb has burned out after less than 300 hours of use, a poor lifetime as far as I'm concerned. The second bulb is still working fine, but for a "long life" bulb, this is not a good performer.I'll probably re-order this time, but if I continue to get short life spans from these bulbs, I'll move onto something else.
