I had drain strainer plugs in place. Every time I take a shower I notice someone in the family has removed my strainer plugs. It can make the water drain slower. The easy solution in my family would be if one emptied the collection of their hair. That is way too difficult for the princess living amongst us. I’m talking about my husband. Problem solved! Removable drainer plugs out and popped this into the drain. It was easy to install! The overall quality seems great for the price. It looks great still after one month of use. And guess what? Princess is removing his hair and throwing it away like a decent human being. So easy to clean! One less argument!

It was not quite what I wanted

Standard size ..but it's always good to measure Your drain size first ..to ensure a proper fit. This lays down inside the drain so it's always there to prevent something from accidentally going down the drain, and still allows for a stopper to fit above it when you do need to fill the tub. Easy to clean in place with a tissue when needed.

I have these in two of my bath tubs and they work great at catching the hair and letting the water/suds go through. They are sturdy and have lasted me 4 months in each tub. I would buy these again for sure, if I needed more of them.

We have an older home with old home problems. No drain covers so I found myself snaking the drain a lot. I wish I'd have known these existed before I wasted money on those fancy ones!These are beyond easy to install, and easy to remove with the use of a butter knife or small screw driver. Clean it out just by swiping a finger across the top! No more drain snaking! They're a perfect fit. I cannot say enough good things!!!

I am using this item in my bathtub. I had measured the drain opening in the tub prior to ordering it. The size fits perfectly. I cannot emphasize enough about how well this strainer works.Every couple of showers, I have to remove the strainer and clean it with a tissue. I never realized there was so much stuff going into the drain until I bought this item.
