Perfect Lightweight Lab Coat
This Lab Coat is just perfect. I have owned sooooo many over the years and this one is my favorite so far. Not too dressy, but not slouchy either. I am 5'8" and on the curvy side- usually wear a 14-16 or xl- this coat closes nicely without being too restrictive and the best part is that it is thin enough to wear the whole shift. Now mind you, I am not bathing, turning or coding any patients in this coat - it is for clinicals so there is that. I tend to get very hot very easily and that turns me into a very unpleasant person. I hate sweating when I am not working out. Especially when I am trying to look professional. It is tough for people to take you seriously when you have sweat dripping off of you- that makes you look too nervous to be compitent. Yikes! This coat allows me to walk the floors, see patients, carry charts...... all the non manual labor related activities of healthcare providers. I get many compliments, many more than my Grey's Anatomy Coat, and it's less expensive..... and did I mention that I do not sweat in it??? Bonus!

Plus Sizes - Have No Fear!
The "junior" size chart for this lab coat would have you believing that a junior 2X is only a 14-16. NOT SO.I decided to take a chance and order the 2x even though i'm an 18-20. IT FIT PERFECTLY. I'm only 5'2", 200lb, 48-40-50, and it looks great, if slightly long in the waist - i'm short, so most things are, and i don't consider this a flaw. There is still plenty of room in the bust (i wear a 36H bra) and waist, but i would say that hip size 50-52" is about all this coat can handle. The color is a great slightly lavender-toned grey, and the pockets are deep and seem sturdy. I bought this for a lab class, but it's so cute that i might consider wearing it as a springtime raincoat.Edit: Since I wrote this review, more accurate sizing information has been included with the item photos. Hooray!

Nice coat, but big-chested women beware.
The coat is actually quite nice in terms of quality. It feels rather sturdy and the pockets are very deep and can hold quite a bit. The only issue I have with the coat is the sizing. I have a rather big chest, but I still typically fit in a Large in Junior's shirts. Knowing my chest size might be an issue, I ordered two sizes up to try to avoid the problem of the coat being too tight to button. Much to my surprise, this is still actually an issue. The top button on the coat is still difficult to button around my chest and I wind up having to leave it unbuttoned. To me, this is more of an annoyance than anything, so I'll be keeping the coat, but I can see where some women would find it to be a deal-breaker.

Its a very attractive comfortable lab jacket.
I liked the product it fit me perfect and I plan on buying more if you decide to restock the blue and grey again thank you. I was excited that I finally received the product especially during these trying times. I have the black and now the white I would have liked that you restock the Navy as well so I could purchase it I may need to dye the white jacket to make it blue the color I wanted although the white is also lovely.

Great but shrinks in drier
It’s a great coat . Especially if you have bigger arms and like a bit of stretch In your coat vs the regular stiff white coat . I’m a medical student and this coat looks great, although a bit see through . I’d advise to not dry it in the drier or dry it on very low heat cuz it will definitely shrink . Didn’t realize the coat was shrinking initially till I ordered a 2nd one and it was a lot looser .

Always looks dirty
I bought this for my chemistry class and after washing it 3 times I decided to just borrow a white lab coat each day in class. The coat fit fine but no matter what it collected every bit of lint and dust it came within a foot of touching. I thought washing it could make it a little more soft and less likely to attract dust but it didn't work. I really wanted to like it so I tried wearing it and bringing a lint roller to use before class with me the coat did not meet my instructors standards though. The coat buttons are too low, so it did not provide enough protection and the sleeves were too loose to use a bosun burner.

Great jacket for art students
My daughter LOVES this scrub jacket... She typically wears a medium in juniors, so the small fit her perfectly. She is a college art student and in her list of supplies it said she needed "artist attire"... What? So we assumed that this was her warning that she was going to get messy. We ordered this jacket so she could keep it in her car and have it handy to protect her clothing when necessary. The pockets are also super handy.

Love this lab coat!
I'm in nursing school, and had previously bought a Grey's Anatomy lab coat because I love their scrubs, but the coat was boxy, restrictive, and the sleeves were way too short. I read reviews and decided to give this Gen Flex coat a go, and I'm so glad I did. The material is thinner, but still looks professional while allowing for ease of movement. The styling and details are very cute, and I love how it tapers in at the waist just enough to give you a feminine shape. I found it to be true to size, and the sleeves are the perfect length (I'm 5'6"). Highly recommend.
