How do you screw up the dimensions of a standardized hitch like this?
The receiver is too large - whatever you put in there is going to wobble around, very frustrating, and inexplicable! Sure the bolt holes line up, but to get a passing grade, the size of the receiver has to be right too. D.

Lift the bed for easier install
This is a very heavy duty receiver hitch, although my 2” hitch has a lot of play. I’ll just shim it up a bit and it should work great.Raise the bed of the gator for easier install.

Didn’t include bolts
Box arrived in ok condition. Weld quality is pretty poor, but should hold up fine. Paint and finish quality is pretty rough also, but again, should be fine too. I’d prefer it if the machining cuts were cleaner, the welds looked more professional, and the paint wasn’t so spotty, but the biggest issue was the lack of any mounting hardware. Mine didn’t come with bolts, nuts, or washers, which is a major letdown.
