Though it looks rather small behind my Samsung S20 FE 5g, I absolutely love this wireless charger. The size caused me concern that it may not work well, but it charges the phone perfectly, in vertical and horizontal positions. I like the small footprint, the sleek, solid design of the aluminum structure, the minimal lip the phone sets on, and the soft accent of the fabric pad. i use this on my nightstand and don't like a lot of light in the room at night, so I appreciate that the side mounted LED only lights briefly when charging begins.The opportunity for improvement with the AC adapter and cord, and it cause the rating one star. I have a lamp, a fan, Alexa, this charger, and an adjustable foundation plugged into a 6 outlet power strip. The bed, Alexa, and the power adapter each have plugs that overlap the adjacent outlet on my power strip. There simply is not sufficient room for the extra plug on my power strip, though it is a width issue and would not be a factor for a wall outlet. Manufacturers should take note of this and follow the Apple and OnePlus model of deeper square charging blocks. To compensate for the adapter, I use the lower-powered USB port built into the strip. Since this is my overnight charger, the slow charge is not a problem. The cable is shorter than I would like, and it is permanently affixed on the charger side, which complicates adaptation. Who doesn't have a zillion USB cables these days?I recommend this product to anyone looking for an attractive wireless charger who have a wall outlet within about 3 feet and I will order another for my wife if/when she gives up her incompatible wallet case! Perhaps they will make a change with the cord by then.

First, I really like the look of this charger. It's small and looks nice on my desk or night stand. It seems to be well made and I like that the cord is attached to the charger so that the correct cord never gets lost. Further the adapter is included so everything should work well.But, when used with my Galaxy S10+ it does not seem to be able to do fast charging. And when left overnight it usually fails to completely charge the phone. (For example - last night I started the recharge at 63% and this morning it seemed to be stuck on 79%. Removing and replacing the phone and the charge completed in just over 1 hour to 100%).I probably will not return the charger but it will be relegated to my 'spares' drawer and given away at some point.Update -1: I did return the device, however, I've added stars to my rating because RAIGEN , the seller, emailed me with an offer to replace the unit that they determined was defective; that's good customer service and very much appreciated. Should any replacement received perform as expected I will give this charger my complete support and full 5 stars.I received the replacement from RAIGEN and it seems to be working better, though when charging my S10+ it still seems to have a problem getting to 100% all of the time - my Pixel 3XL works as expected to 100%. I've only had the charger for a day so I'll continue to work with it to verify the not getting to 100% problem. I might add that the LED only shows Red with either phone - which should indicate less that fast charging - however, the S10+ reports 'fast charging'. Guess that's not a big problem as long as it rapidly charges the phone.Update - 2: Last night my S10+ was at 40% when placed on the charger. A short time later is was at 47%, then dropped to 45%. This morning - 8 or so hours later - it was at 47%. With no changes, I picked up the phone and put it on another of my wireless charger and it completed charging to 100%. I cannot recommend this charger to anyone with a Galaxy S10+. Thanks to RAIGEN's customer service this is my second charger and it still will not complete a charge on my Galaxy. It may be okay for my Pixel 3XL, but I will be taking the charger out of service and will not be using it any longer. Thanks RAIGEN customer service for your replacement device and help.

Only complaint, is that the cable out of the back is permanently attached. I was hoping for it to be a USB both ends for easy packing away when needed. But otherwise, this is fantastic. Even as some of the most awkward positions the phone may be it will recognize and charge. Definitely worth the buy.It's less expensive than a matching brands name of the phone, and it looks sleek.I've had a few other wireless chargers, they required either the phone be taken out of the case, or in a very specific spot. This is completely mindless. You are almost guaranteed a good connection

So we have all been doing this fir awhile, charging phones. We used wires that broke and wireless that had to be set just right to charge. Well that is all over. This charger does everything perfectly. Just drop your phone on it and it always starts charging. It charges faster than any other charger I have ever had and it doesn't get hot and it charges through my case every time.. So add this to your cart and have one last thing to worry about. I bought two, I have one next to my bed and one next to my chair in the living room. During the day I put it on the charger once or twice for just a few minutes and my phone ends up at 80% at the end of the day. It's perfect.

I should preface my comments with the caveat that a lot of this might be specific to my particular phone.I tried a bunch of cheap wireless chargers. I found that it is useless to have a "lie-flat" charger if you want to still maintain regular use of the phone. Stand up chargers can be tricky. The first one I tried, it was just too difficult to get the phone perfectly aligned. But with this RAIGEN device, I just put it down and it works without adjusting.My phone does get very hot when charging to the point that the OS has to try to cool it down. But that could be the fault of my 4-year-old phone.This charger is very stylish and looks nice on my desk. The only design flaw I would point out is that there are LED indicators on the side which are impossible to see when looking straight on. It would make more sense for the indicator to be in the front, underneath the phone.
