The Leatherman bit kit is a pretty awesome accessory for your Leatherman which has a screwdriver insert. It fits pretty well in my EDC pouch as shown in the picture. So far so good as they seem to work very well.

I built a small edc kit with these a signal a flashlight and some other items. Will work very nicely.

Leatherman is associated with quality for a reason. These high quality bits fit in the sheath of my Surge (along with a bit extender) and turn it into basically a tool box in my pocket. Highly functional, easy to use, and can be removed / interchanged very quickly.

I purchased the bit extension and additional bits to work with my every day carry Skeletool. For this purpose, I would rate both items as a great success. On the few occasions that I have had to put the bit driver and bit kit to use since I purchased them both have performed as expected. Like all Leatherman products, they are well thought out, well executed and well made for their purpose. The bit kit contains every bit I can imagine needing in the course of day to day life (which is why I carry a multi tool in the first place). The driver does an excellent job of extending your reach when the task is a little harder to get to. The aggressive knurling on the handle provides ample gripping surface and the entire extension can easily and affectingly function as a stand alone tool without being inserted into the multi tool.My only complaints are the following: The driver extension does rattle a little bit in the multi tool socket. Not enough to effect function in any way, but also not quite as tight a tolerance as I might have expected. The bits come in two plastic sleeves specifically designed to carry them when I think that a single, two-sided sleeve would have been more efficient for daily carry. Also, the set comes with a very fine eyeglass screwdriver, but as far as I can tell, there's no way to lock that bit into the driver extension or multi tool. When I tried to hold it firmly in the tool's pliers, it just spun uselessly. Finally, a slot on the bit carrier for the extension to slide or lock into for carry would really make the items a true complimentary set and ideal for the type of go-everywhere travel that I require.
