Does the job
2 people: 1 hourI don’t think anyone will be tricked into thinking it’s real, but it’s definitely an upgrade from the outdated counter top!

Good Option on a Budget
Without looking to closely, you would think this is real granite or marble. I renovated a garage into a “tiny home” and to save money I got cheap counter tops. I’ve been wanting to switch them to the real stuff but that’s time and money I don’t have so I figured I would try this out. Works great for my small kitchen. The edge of my countertop had a little bit of a waterfall lip which was quite difficult but I managed to get most of it smoothly over the edge. It also was a little difficult behind the sink and getting around the corners but otherwise it was pretty easy to use. I did end up with a few tiny bubbles that you can barely see, it was nearly impossible to get them all out, however I did this all on my own if you had someone working with you it probably could be done. It also overhangs to my dishwasher so I was fearful that the hot steam would make it peel up but so far it has not. I forgot to take an actual “before” but found an old picture so you can sort of tell how much it has brightened up the area.

Well suited for my purposes
In my cross-country move an antique Buffet that I had assumed was much dirtier than it turned out to be had the top surface crack in multiple places. The top surface was not as thick as I expected it to be. I repaired the cracks with glue and reinforced some of the surface but the cracks could not be made smooth. I was able to smooth the cracks with a product called rock hard and then sand them down for a fairly smooth surface. I applied this product in the marble finish and it applied very easily. But going down the sides the adhesive keeps letting go. Bubbles have formed a little bit on the top but not to the point where I'm going to have to take it off. It does give a good look for this piece but it does not adhere as well as I would like it too. But it is satisfactory for my intended purposes.

Thick, looks real and easy to install
Most of these contact papers are too thin and see through. This is thick PVC and it is super easy to lay down without bubbles. I was shocked at how real it looked. The tone is more gray vs bright white. The only negative is that it doesn't come in 4 foot rolls. If it did you could cover a standard bathroom countertop without a horizontal seam. I tried Rosera for that reason, which is far more expensive, it started lifting the first day which is a bummer, it looked great and had no seams. It's started to lift so eventually I will have to replace it with this brand. I'd rather have it last and deal with the seam then to have to keep replacing it. Eventually It's a temporary solution until I get a new countertop.

It's what it is
It is hard to work with and big parts of it has NO glue, found myself having to redo it all the time.

Great quality, be aware of color difference!
Very powerful adhesive, insulation would have been really easy if my faucet wasn’t there. It was doable but took some wrangling. Be aware it isn’t as bright white as it looks in the advertising photos. It is still beautiful but has more of an off white/ beige color. You can compare it to the bright white tile in my picture. I would definitely buy again.

CANNOT be repositioned
This is the 3rd contact paper I’ve used, and the only one I don’t like. I had to throw the whole roll out because it sticks IMMEDIATELY and then rips into shreds if you try to reposition it. Why did I have to reposition it? Because it bubbles so much!
