It works...nothing special here but it's WAY cheaper than the better known brands, and works just as well as far as I'm concerned. It hasn't leaked at all on me, and seems relatively durable. I wish the length of the leash was adjustable, which it isn't, but I'm fine sacrificing that to save $35. Also, the waist strap cinches to just the right size for me but no smaller - I'm about a 29-30" waist so if you are slimmer then it'll be a bit loose on you.

Works great for lake swimming

As the title states, it works. However it doesn't earn five stars because there is no storage pocket which seems to be standard on every swim buoy I've ever purchased.

This product is great and a great price. The quality is good. It is east to inflate and fits around and does not really get in the way of swimming.

It seems odd that there is no way to attach the float itself to the waistband. My husband dug out an aluminium carabina clip to attach it this is secure and shouldn’t rust so it was great when I used it for the first time yesterday. But I was not expecting the DIY element and most people won’t just happen to have carabina clips handy. They will just have to tie a knot I suppose. So I’d say to the manufacturer please just sort the way the tow float actually attaches to the waistband.

Have used it several times at my local lake which requires a float for those swimming without a wetsuit, works perfectly fine.No need for carabiners as some have suggested, can be attached by undoing the straps and feeding through the handle on the float, it just looks like the straps may not fit through the buckle.

What can I say on this ... it's Brilliant. If you are looking for a sturdy, economic, easy to use, clean and deflate, tow float that can keep a buxom and rounded 45 year old afloat in outdoor water this is for you!!

It’s fine for what you pay for it, but now knowing what others look like it’s definitely not the best product ever. If you aren’t sure about open water swimming is for you and want to give it a try then this is a good starting point.

Valve would not unscrew, therefore impossible to inflate. Wished to use this the day after it arrived. Now having to try to borrow one so that I can go for the swim I have booked
