I was considering a lower price lamp but then I found this lamp and I liked the modern look of it and the fact it is highly adjustable plus has a sturdy but not too weighty base. The customer reviews were positive. I ordered one and was using it out of the box by connecting USB cable to my PC within a couple of minutes. The 4 touch pad controls (slider for light intensity, on/off, mode and timer) are very easy to use when in easy reach. If I want more or less light I just slide my finger along the circles on the base. The on/off switch is easy to use and I like the way the light dims gradually when you switch it off. It has a number of different light settings from bright to warm. I believe the timer setting switches the light off automatically after 30 minutes but I haven't tested this mode yet. It is easily portable once the internal battery is charged and is light enough to take anywhere extra light is needed. The light level does dim ever so slightly when in portable use but not significantly enough to bother me. The extra USB charging point in the back of the base is very handy for charging my phone. I am very happy with my purchase.

Honestly was lighter and sleeker than I expected which was a plus because when folded away it doesn't take up much spaceThe light fades on and off rather than just cutting the light immediately which I find preferable as it's less harsh on the eyes late at night or early in the morningThe different tones and brightness are actually distinguishable and easily interchangeable which I was really glad about since sometimes these sorts of things which offer gradient settings don't actually progress smoothly or offer a very large range to change over whereas this really doesIt can actually be used wirelessly which shocked me because sometimes photos are just edited - it comes with a charging cable and while I understand that this glows red when low on charge, I find it perhaps a bit distracting that it stays green when fully charged meaning I'd have to then unplug it when usually it's just easier to have it plugged in. But to be honest because it's so mobile (given that its light and wireless) I've found myself moving the light for my convenience so much more than I could've considered with my old wired lampThere is a timer feature available but it's not really something I need to use so I can't really comment on it - it appears to have two features as if you press on it it'll show green, and press again for blue but since I've not used it and it doesn't appear in the manual not sure what time periods these expressIn terms of readjusting the angles, the first part attached to the main body can close fully or be extended as far as upright, the part attached to this can go from fully closed to a bit beyond 200°? So not all the way around but to be honest I don't know why you'd need to put it much further since you could just turn the lamp around or move it further back or somethingSort of can't believe this is available at the price it is

Bought mine as a computer desk lamp as located in a corner and thus the webcam was giving a dark image. As only for occasional use didn't want to spend too much or need anything too bright. This exceeded expectations as the quality is good and it's fairly sleek in appearance so not out of place or clumpy.The controls are very simple and as advertised a nice dimmer and colour modes. It's only 6W and thought that may be too low, but more than enough for my use and would recommend.

Great lamp with great light customisation options, I use mine for reading books at night primarily and it’s great. Only complaint is didn’t come with charging lead. Would be useful If the lamp dimmed further than it does as well, but that’s just personal preference.

Perfect for my study, and can also be easily moved to my bedroom as it is also rechargeable.The flexibility of the unit itself is great, you will find many uses for this quality item.

We love this lamp. It’s very streamline and folds up nicely. The brightness range is nice and so is the ability to change the warmth of the light. This makes it nice for the bedroom or for the desk. Only complaint is that the charging indicator light is very bright, which can be bothersome when the light is off at night (it is kept beside the bed).

I bought this product for my son and put it in his bedroom. I didn't pay much attention at first since he is the one using it. Recently, my study is being refurbished and I used his deck for work. I realize that there is a high-frequency pitching noise coming out from the lamp... it is not loud but constantly there in the background and after a little while, I started to feel a headache! The sound goes away when I unplug the lamp. This made me very concerned because that means my son has been living/sleeping under this noise for a long while! Coincidently, his sleeping quality dropped a lot in the past 1 year and we couldn't identify what the cause was! We are arranging to see a doctor to understand this further and immediately I have removed the lamp from my son's room! I am looking into this further and definitely would not recommend this lamp to anyone!

love this lamp...does its job of illuminating my keyboard perfectly without causing any problems with my monitor. The dimmer and colour control works perfectly.Well designed and great value!
