The drawer arrived locked and the provided keys would not unlock it despite the id numbers on the lock matching those of the key. The keys would in fact turn while in the lock, but the unlock mechanism that allows only one drawer to be unlocked and opened at a time must have been malfunctioning. As you can see in the picture with the middle drawer, all of the drawers are a bit wobbly when in the locked position. Based on the seller's response to another person that had this issue (see the Questions here in Amazon), each drawer is supposed to be closed fully before and locked before you can unlock. I've tried that by repositioning the drawer and using my knee/arm to hold all the drawers shut while I finagle the lock. Nothing worked. Very disappointing.UPDATEI contacted the seller about this issue and they sent me a working replacement, free of charge!

I like how sturdy this file cabinet is. I shopped around for a file cabinet this size, with wheels, sturdy and that had a lock with a sleek design. This was the one I found for the best price. There were other options online for double the price with slight differences in design, but this one has a great quality to it on top of design.Packaging: file cabinet came in a cardboard box with protective corners and styrofoam. I had to screw in the wheels and Insert the dividers. It came with basic tools to screw in the wheels. I especially like that the wheels are within the bottom of the cabinet as opposed to sticking out on the sides because I save space and I can put against the wall.So far, I’d recommend this item.

I did a lot of research before making this purchase. I decided that I did not want any of the formaldehyde infested "wood" cabinets given the known health harms that come from that kind of material in one's home. So then the most logical move was to invest in a metal cabinet that would be both sturdy, require no installation per se and emit zero harmful chemicals. Viola! That lead me to this particular beauty.I am so glad I bought this cabinet - it is elegant, functional and looks great in my study.I even managed to somehow lock the keys into the drawers and then lock them immediately upon opening this cabinet. I contacted the seller and they were super-responsive! They even quick shipped me a new set of keys from China via DHL within just a couple of days. Impressive!I would highly, highly recommend this cabinet to anyone looking to save their environment and time of assembly. Looks even better in person than in the photos.

For years, I used a cheap two-drawer filing cabinet from Target. The sharp corners occasionally scraped the side of my legs. Ow. I eventually moved it to the closet for safety reasons when I had a toddler.The smooth corners on this model got my attention when I was looking for an upgrade. I was hesitant because of the price, but I liked the color, the two shallow drawers and the one large drawer that accommodated three different file sizes. When it finally arrived, I could clearly see that I was paying for quality. Compared to the Target file cabinet I had, this is heavier, sturdier, and assembled better. The drawers slide out smoother. I am very pleased with it. I keep it under the computer desk and I like that I can swivel around in my chair and not worry about my knees getting scraped.I can't comment on the wheels as I keep this on carpet, but they were easy to install. It comes with a makeshift screwdriver so no tools needed.

This file cabinet was arrived in a huge box. It almost ready to use upon out of box. The only thing I have to do is screw the wheel casters on. It has no sharp corner, this is one of the reason I chose it. The other reason is its caster system. It's lower than other similar products. So that I got more space between the cabinet and under the table. I put a compact scanner there. When I need to scan something I can pull the whole thing out, and then push them back when my jobs done. It works like a charm. And I have to say, this cabinet is solid, well made with decent quality material. It's durable and last for years for sure. The drawers have large capacity. All my home office stuffs are well sorted and organized in three drawers. I can reach what I need easily and keep my tabletop neat. I absolutely love it. Highly recommended.

The cabinet seems to be pretty solid construction with thicker metal than a lot of cheaper cabinets out there. It's angular design seems to add to its rigidity. The drawers slide pretty solid and smooth with a little resistance. The locks seems to be fine with only the bottom drawer having a little bit of play when its locked. Keep in mind only one drawer can be opened at the same time. The casters are small and cheap, but I don't plan to move the file cabinet around much at all, so it's fine for my purposes.

Item came assembled. File cabinet is pretty sturdy. Spacious, can hold several folders and items. My only gripe with it is the casters that come with this cabinet are pretty bad. Other then that, the file cabinet is pretty good. came fast as well, and was packaged well.

I'm giving this 5 stars. The only thing that annoys me is that all the drawers have to be closed to open one. If you have the top drawer open, you cannot open the bottom drawer until the top one is completely shut. Other than that, it's pretty, small, shiny, organizes everything well and I love it. It's heavy though, so you will need a dolly to move it around unless you are pretty strong.
