I've had this SCAN tool for 6 months now. While I've only used it on a few occasions, it's been rock solid and it always works well to diagnose a problem with any vehicle. Tests on 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 2014 VW Touareg TDI, 2016 Mercedes Sprinter, 2007 Chevrolet Pickup and several others. There have been frequent updates to the embedded software to fix bugs, add new features and support for new vehicles. No regrets - I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

This scanner is awesome, makes diagnosing new vehicles a breeze. There are a ton of useful hot functions from programming keys, resetting steering angle sensors after column replacement and electronic parking brake service modes. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, would recommend to all of my new techs, small shop owners and enthusiasts alike!

Very easy to use, great value for the price, still learning more features daily. Has already helped me solve several malfunctions on several of my vehicles.

Good product. Allows you to read live data, reset codes and do active test such as evap system set, reset oil life on vehicles ans inspection without having to take it to the dealer. Really easy to use, and compact so you can take it anywhere, battery life is really good lasts a long time. Deff worth every penny. Will buy the maxi pro down the line once I can afford it.

So I bought this item and I recently received it and immediately found some red flags. The inner package was not sealed and all of the cables and things were not retained in their places and looked used. I attempted to power on the device and it was at 0% battery which is weird for a "new" product. I charged it and turned it on only to find out the device was already registered to someone else and scan history shows it was already used quite a bit.Ok I might be able to swallow this but since this product comes with a one year warranty and software updates that start counting down when registereing I have already lost about 2 months of those so got seriously shorted on that.The worst and most irresponsible part about this is that I HAVE ALL OF THIS GUYS PERSONAL INFORMATION! IT IS STILL LOGGED INTO HIS EMAIL! I CAN SEND RECEIVE AND READ EMAILS FROM THIS PERSON"S ACCOUNT!!! If you return one of these for any reason make sure you factory reset it yourself otherwise somebody else will probably get your data! This is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE!I would return it but I bought it as a lightning deal and I cannot get an exchange for the same price I bought it for so I would have to get a refund and buy it again at a much higher price, not really sure what to do but just wanted to let people know about their TERRIBLE handling of customer data!

I love this scan tool. Bought this to use for my diesels and it serves my purpose very well. It doesn't necessarily do everything in specifics to and kind of depends on the vehicle is the only downside. The only other downside to what I just said is it also depends on the manufacturer too. Otherwise I like this scanner and very happy with my purchase.

The ease of use in amazing. On my firs use, I was able to duplicate a Honda Odyssey key fob in less than 2 minutes. The dealer wanted only $75 for it, but the locksmiths were charging $200+ for this. Also, a very valuable tool for diagnostics, even to the detail. A must have if you work on cars, especially if you fix them. I've so far programmed Infiniti, Toyota, Honda and Nissan keys. No problems

This is the best scanner I have been using best value The price was so great; Also the shop I recommend it for DIY and even Pro Shops that dont replace modules

So first, i tried using another Autel Authentic dealer; however, their enter process was horrible. They said they had the item in stock, which they did not, and kept me waiting for 3 weeks before i pulled the plug which actually ended up costing me 35 bucks due to currency exchange. The device shipped out right away and was in my hands within the week.This company was great. Echo was the CSR that I delt with and helped me with every question I had about the product. This product was able to quickly identify my problem with both my vehicles which has saved me hundreds if not a thousand dollars in labour alone.Highly recommend this company and product for the DYI backyard mechanic that is looking for a scan tool that will give you the ability for Active test yet at an affordable prince.Thanks again!

Works great. The live data is super helpful for troubleshooting a issue , for a diy it’s all your ever need in my mind. Probably already took a good chunk out of the purchase price already not have to go to a garage.

This product has been a god send for our vehicles. We are currently restoring a truck and the Autel maxi pro has been valuable for us to do this. Having a professional diagnostic scan tool has also allowed us to save money by avoiding this work being carried out by auto repair dealers. Has been quite effective on diagnosis on some 2010+ Hondas, Dodges and GM vehicles. Gave accurate feedback from various modules on states of components and showed changes in real time.
