Awesome air flight backpack
This is a 10 out of 5 stars! It's the flying travel backpack I searched for my whole life. So many handy pockets, orginizers, and padded sections. Go lite and it's soft and pliable enough to stay small, or pack it out and it holds a ton. Exterior USB port for power pack. Padded laptop or tablet pocket. So well thought out and really good quality.

Strong, Durable and Well Made
I am very pleased with this travel backpack. It can not only hold an average size laptop, but enough clothes for several days. The quality is nice for the price. It has a charging port but I didn't use it because airlines don't like for you to use the charging block. The color is a nice grey/black blend which won't show dirt and is very professional looking. The material is very sturdy and durable.I sometimes fly on an airline that charges extra for a carry-on bag and/or checked bag, but allows a backpack of certain dimensions. This backpack fits within those dimensions. I used to borrow my daughter's regular backpack but then I decided it was time for me to buy my own. This is when I discovered that they now make backpacks like a suitcase. I love all the separate pockets and sections! What I really like is that one large compartment unzips and opens completely 180 degrees, which makes packing and accessing your items much easier than a regular bookbag type of backpack. The zippers are a nice quality, sturdy, and easy to grab. The padded straps make it comfortable to carry through the airport.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend it.

Worth The Purchase
I bought this bag because I have picked up on my traveling and wanted to get every last inch from that plane that is allowable since all these airlines have to rip all of us off. I did my research to maximize the size of the bag to be in compliance. I saw this bag and a few others. I was going back and fourth between several bags. This one had an advantage of having the charger attached to the back so the battery can remain inside the bag along with a few others that I was looking at. Ok now to the nitty gritty of what you are looking for. This is based on my most recent trip to Cin, OH for a concert on 5/24/2025.Durability: This bag passed with flying colors. When you first pull it out of the packaging, it feels like a regular bagpack you buy at Walmart. Once upon taking a closer look, you can feel and see the great quality in the materials and manufacturing.Size: Size was great. It met all the size specs of the dumb airline rules. They try to make money off of us any way they can so size is very important to have a personal item with you without getting charged for it.Versatility: Well this one is up in the air still. Maybe my trip to Mexico next week might shed better light. It is definitely a bag you can use for the plane but can also use for local trips like hiking or camping. The downfall of this is the straps. The straps could have been a bit more comfy but overall good. The one thing this bag is missing and to me is very important, especially when carrying a bag around all day, is the lower center strap that helps support around your stomach/back area. Pocket area on this bag is crazy. I thought it would have a couple a spots for different items. This has pockets galore. You can find a pocket for just about anything you wan or need (legally of course).Money, money, money.... The value for this bag can not be unbeat. I guess let me explain a bit why I say that. When comparing different bags with similar options and reviews several did stand out. This one made it to my top 3. Bouncing back and fourth all over the place I went back to this bag. Low and behold, ON SALE 50% off.PFT......... Sold!

Very nice laptop bag. I regret buying it.
# July 2024 updateAfter using this laptop bag for many months, I have three things to add:1) The expandable /stretchy mesh side pockets are wonderfully useful. The zippered back pocket also works and is an excellent feature. I sometimes have to carry 3 phones with me, and even with the thick cases, I can stuff 3 of them into the sides or lower back zippered pouch.2) The back straps can come apart a bit too easily if they are fully extended. I get that they probably need to be able to slide through and pull apart, but the padded strap can detach from the lower, non-padded strap quite easily. At least 2, maybe 3 times I've had the laptop strap come undone because of this while it was slung over my shoulder.3) The laptop section zippers zipping all the way to the bottom of the bag is a deal breaker for my usage. The number of times I've almost lost my laptop is unacceptably high. This could be avoided by ensuring that both sides were fully zipped to the top, but the thing unzips too easily. If you're not fully zipped and you don't catch it, you could lose your laptop onto the ground by carrying it around, at least over one shoulder.I knocked the review down to 4 stars because of this. The build quality and usefulness is excellent for the price, but because of my habits and how I do things, it poses a risk that I can't continue to take by using it. If you're a "grab and go"-type person who might fling a backpack over your shoulder without noticing it's not fully zipped and you intend to carry heavy or expensive things in it, I'd consider a backpack that doesn't fully zip in half.# end updateFirst, this is an excellent laptop bag for the price. Before I get to what I don't like, I'll just say that the value and quality of what you're getting here seem to exceed the price being asked around the $25 price point. Plenty of space, the external charging unit was so handy and worked fine, zippers work well and the bag is very sturdy.I found I had to fly somewhere with 1 day notice, so I was in a rush when buying this laptop bag. I saw that it basically folded in half, and I thought that was fine, but in real travel-type use where you have a bunch of stuff in your backpack, not just a laptop and a few other things, it's not ideal. It's too easy for everything (everything) in the back large storage area to just tumble out when opening it, trying to look for stuff. This is a feature, not a flaw. I just found that I don't like the feature after purchase. Also, I wish the padding for the laptop area was thicker. My only comparison is my laptop bag for work, which is a Wenger, and appears to be several times more expensive. That has very nice padding for the outside and inside. This laptop bag has much thinner padding, though padding still exists. I have no other point of reference for how a laptop bag is supposed to feel or look. This is a great product, especially at the current price. No fault in the product whatsoever, just my expectations and the reality wasn't in alignment.
