These lights are of very good quality and the size is larger than most, just what I needed for my patio. The look ver lifelike and have just the right amount of brightnes. They just went through 50 mile an hour winds and a hail storm and weren't harmed at all so they are very sturdy. After a sunny day, they stay lit until well past midnight.

Had these more than six months and they are fantastic. They look real and are consistently bright and last all night and look exactly like flickering fire. Buy them you want regret it.

Love love love these tiki torches!!! The are solar and charge very quickly and last throughout the night. We got the taller ones and put them around our patio. Such great lights!

The lanterns are just as advertised. If directions are followed, they will be an excellent addition to walkways, patios, other outdoor spaces. The hardest part for me was getting the initial spike into the ground. Can't really use a hammer to pound it in bcs it is plastic. But after it is in, there is a choice btwn heights using the other poles. Directions easy to follow. Great lighting effect.

They are large, bright and look like real flames. I bought four and liked them so much I bought four more. The flames look very real. The only question is how long will they last? Mine have performed well for two weeks. I live on a desert golf course. These lights add real interest to my yard decorations and cacti.

I’ve had these Tomcare solar lights for 2 years now, and 3 of the 4 are still working normally. The 4th has a problem with the switch, where it won’t stay on; if you physically hold the button down, it will light up, but as soon as you let go, it turns off. I’m guessing something mechanical in the button, that locks the switch in the on position, has broken. Too bad because the light still works, otherwise. I’m tempted to open it up, to see if I can find a way to permanently complete the circuit, since I never turn these off, anyway.The lights are very nice, with a very realistic appearing “dancing flame.” I wish they were a little brighter, though, as they don’t cast light on the surrounding environment like a real flame; in the dark, you kind of only see the lights, without much of a surrounding glow. Another improvement would be to add a randomizer to the dancing pattern, as if you stare at the lights for a few seconds, you’ll begin to notice the repeating pattern of the flicker.These are the best LED torch lights I’ve found so far, and may buy another set, although the long term durability is a question.Tomcare, if you’re listening, here’s a suggestion that would take your lights to the next level: incorporate an ultrasonic mister in the top of the unit, with up firing LEDs. This would create a realistic glow and smoke effect to complete the realism! On party nights, the user would just add some distilled water to “fuel” the effect. Only downside is that the solar panel would need to be relocated, perhaps to an external unit with a larger battery.

Originally ordered these several years ago and just had 2 go out. They are so pretty and last for years in all kind of weather. Love them.
