great devise
This auto dialer is a robust device it performs very well . I am using it in a industrial application and have no problems with it. This unit is very easy to program , just takes a little common sense.

Great Dialer, but does not come with power supply
Item was as advertised, but did not come with any kind of power supply. It was not obvious in the sales ad that it was not included.

Extremely difficult to program if not impossible. And not user friendly.
I hated the thing, it truly was the worst auto-Dialer I have ever come across, it was absolutely impossible to program, and it wouldn’t function as advertised, constantly missing alarms and to make matters worse it would make false calls when there was nothing happening! I’ve had two of them fail so I replaced it with a completely different type of auto-Dialer. I would never get another one of those pieces of junk and I do not recommend it either.

It arrived, and it works
I'm so glad that I found this older model dialer... I had a hard time finding it to begin with. It replaced an existing dialer of the same make and model. It arrived, it was installed, and it worked. Awesome!

Have used 2 of these for the past 5 years at my water system. they call me and 6 other board members if water is low, power off, or break in alarm goes off. Work perfectly
