Ttarte Maracuja Bronzing Serum, 1.7 fl. oz.

The color is good, but is slightly drying. I felt later in the day I needed to moisturize. The thing I just cant get over is the smell. It is awful. I really can't even compare it to anything, it just smells horrible. I even tried mixing it with a great smelling lotion and that just made it all the worse. I wish I could stand this oil because it made me look great and glowing.

I really like this product. Yes the smell is really strong-but it doesn't bother me and it fades (if it bothers you use it at night by morning you won't notice it). I think this is a great face bronzer- I was looking for a product that gave me a tad bit of color nothing to noticeable just a darker shade of pale (it just gives me a little healthier glow which is what i wanted). I am a straight up sickly ghost in the winter and have slightly yellow undertones in my skin. If you are cool toned I'm not sure I would recommend this-it might not pair well with your skin. I put on a dropper or two at night and sometimes in the morning-it is pretty easy not like other self tanners which are a whole process--I just do it like I am putting on face moisturizer. It is not super oily and slips around alot best done quickly. Then let it dry and moisturize (this can take a little while to dry). Make sure to wash your hands after. I left only 4 stars because they discontinued it :(.

Oh my word- I read all the reviews and noted the comments on the smell but still decided to take the plunge. I use self tanning products so I know that smell and it doesn't bother me. The first month it just smelled like a self tanning product. But, as time has gone on the smell has changed and it's unbearable. I don't know if it's gone bad but it's putrid. And the color it gives is so minimal that it's not worth it. Go for just maracuja oil one night then swap with a self tanner the next. NOT WORTH IT!

I was expecting this to go on just the same as the maracuja oil but because it is a serum it evaporates pretty quickly.

I didn't see any difference.

Very sticky

Used the sample I got with a Tarte set. This was the only product I liked in the whole set of Tarte products. It made my face have a natural glow and it made me look so awake even when I have to wake up at 5:30 every morning. I put it on before I go to sleep and once in the morning and it makes me look so glossy and sun kissed, I had to buy the bigger bottle!

I was super excited to get this product as it had great reviews on tarte site. But was disappointed as it came in a crushed broken box and lid. And seemed to perhaps be old & did not tan my face st all. It smelled ok and of self tanner but no color.
