Worked immediately, even on a Linux Computer
I bought this because it advertised Linux compatibility. I have an old non-bluetooth laptop that is running Kubuntu 22.04.3. I inserted the USB unit, it recognized it immediately, I linked my earbuds without issue, and it has continued to work for 2 months. I even have range enough to hear audio at the end of my small house in another room, which gives me the ability to do housecleaning and still listen to my You Tube videos without needed to carry my phone around. (I like the Web interface of You Tube MUCH better than the stupid app.Gave it 5 stars for performance and ease of installation and use.

Awesome!
Purchased this with the commonly found and inexpensive L5B83H For Amazon E9L29Y 3rd Gen Alexa Voice Fire TV Stick Remote Control. This was to migrate away from a Rii remote (also great) that is bulky and is two sided with a keyboard on one side. All this is being used for my Raspberry Pi 4B to run LibreELEC 10.0.04 for Kodi.It works perfectly with no issues. All the buttons function and no reprogramming of any keys were necessary.

Works with Linux Mint and 3.0 usb
I have tried several units of this type from a few manufactures. This one works without any problems. Once I loaded the correct linux drivers it worked great. Once it has been connected it is remembered by the linux system no matter how often I reboot the computer and turn my headset off and on. Some on amazon reviews said that there was a problem with some other adapters and 3.0 usb systems. They said this one had no problem. It works great with USB 3.0 systems. I did not try it with my win7 system which has failed with every other BT adapter I have tried. Simply because I am switching to Linux to get away from windows. What the did with win10 was the last straw.

Does NOT Work with Windows 7 64-Bit.
Does not work with my Windows 7 64-bit OS. I've tried everything I can think of, including the many suggestions out on the forums, but this device will not work properly. It installs and is able to pair, but never connects and communicates to any of my devices.

Only a couiple hours usage on Ubuntu 18.04
I'm using this with Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, Boltune Bluetooth 5.0 Over Ear Wireless Headphone.I'm using this on a 4 yr old AMD mobo desktop w/ USB 2.0 only, with Ubuntu 18.04 o/s (a linux o/s) .I spent about 15 minutes trying various USB inputs before I got the dongle recognized and then paired with the headphones. It seems to work fine, ranges about 30 ft before it breaks up.

Plug and play with Ubuntu
Ubuntu LTS 24.04, plugged it in and it just worked. Range is as expected for the form factor. I regularly move up to 20 feet from the dongle and have no degradation in audio. Also using it with mouse and keyboard, no connectivity of latency issues.

Worked easily and well for Linux Mint
Not much to say here. There isn't a long list of features. But the price was pretty good, and when I plugged it in my laptop immediately became Bluetooth-capable.I didn't expect it to do anything else. It doesn't. It just works. The only thing I don't like? It sticks out nearly an inch from the side of my laptop, which means I have to remove it before putting my laptop into its case. Not that I don't have another case. But this one's prettier...okay, a minor issue. Have fun with it! {8'>

so so
works fine with everything ive hooked to it like mouse keyboards but when i try to hook my headset to it, its like it drops signal every so often making the audio cut out for a second or two, it was this bad when i first got it but has gotten worse over time. ive moved my setup around alil since i got it an i think the position of it is what is causing it not sure, but im less than 3 feet away from the tower an bluetooth dongle and i would image that i should have these issues at this distance. it does it with all my blue tooth headsets an earbuds some worse than others while one set i can wear a couple room away before it starts to cut out so i dont know really what the issue is, but for mouse and keyboards or controllers i lay in my bed 10 foot away and they work fine as long as i dont block them with my legs, weird i know but if i put my knees up it blocks the signal an cuts the mouse or keyboard off, not had really any issues with my ps4 controller connect to it at that distance. but for the price its worth it if u dont care to deal with the hiccups here an there an never serious just a couple seconds an it resolves itself.
