Outstanding Quality
I needed a fast replacement, and V4INK came to my rescue. Fine, fine quality printing, too. The price is very reasonable. So far, absolutely no problems.

Product is based on refurbished cartridges and low performance
While the toner is inexpensive it is not close to normal quality. The colors are not the same, they are not saturated and the resulting print quality is very poor. I have tried it on several types of specific laser paper for color with the same results. Unfortunately you can't return the item once you install it but beware if you are looking to print decent quality color prints or images you should avoid this product.

Great Print Quality - Accurate Skin Tones in Pictures - Great Customer Support
First shipment the cyan cartridge threw a memory error but the seller quickly replaced it. Exemplary customer service from Carolyn!Print quality is very good; probably the best non-genuine HP cartridges I've tried. I use my M476 to print pictures as well as documents and picture quality is outstanding; skin tones are accurate which I've found not always the case with other companies.I will definitely buy from this company again.

Black is a soft shade of Grey
I buy and use these all the time. This time, I am finding that the black toner is more a shade of grey.

Great print quality
I have yet to have any problem with these after about 7 months of use. I don't print a whole lot in color so I am hoping that those cartridges will last longer. I only gave the longevity 4 stars because I have no idea when I will be out of toner. Which leads to my only complaint - the cartridge does not communicate to the printer when the toner level is getting lower (I usually get a status of the toner levels each time I print) so I probably won't have any warning that they are almost empty. But since HP stopped making the cartridges, I really don't have much of a choice anyway. Ha ha!
