defiantly need extensions and universal joint to install.
starter worked great and way cheaper than at auto store. just know that on 1999 Honda accord one of the two 13 mm bolts holding starter on is almost impossible to get any tool on so be ready to get creative.

GOOD VALUE,Fit like it was made for it,Because it was ..even though I had to wait for it ,it was better than paying $185.00 plus $80 dollar core charge at Auto Zone,which is where the last starter came from..install is a pain,but it allways is..

Part was great and all it just isn’t for the 5 speed models, maybe I missed it in the description but it did match my vehicle according to amazon.
