Go W/ MTGbiz, Excellent Product!!!
I was looking for a quick collection of affordable cards for my sons (10 and 8) and I to play table top with. This definitely delivered what I was hoping for. Now I just need to get more lands because they're getting a little carried away building decks right now.I found that this is very important when buying bulk used cards online. You need to look at the different sellers that Amazon hosts that sell the same product and go with the highest rating (There were 9 different sellers for this product). Trust me, as someone who has now received both extremes of a similar product, there are dealers that put effort into giving you a usable base of cards from which to work with and there are dealers that just look at you as an opportunity to indiscriminately dump their bulk on you with absolutely zero consideration for you as a customer. After having a bad experience with a different seller on eBay with two 1k UC/C lots (they just dumped a bunch of blue cards on us), I purchased this and went with MTGbiz as the dealer (99% rating). Everything was fantastic! Great color distribution w/ generous artifacts, mutli-colored, and dual land cards as well. R/M wrapped separately. Cards as recent as Bloomburrow. Duplicates were minimal & not egregious. Will buy again (because I have my son's each 1k from this and need some cards for myself now).

2000+ Catds
First, about a third of the cards were Uncommon with 20 Rares with the rest being Commons. The mix of colors, multi-colored, Artifacts and some Tap Lands was across the board. Had no Basic Lands (Great as these are easily available), only 1 Token (one I didn’t have and would not have minded a few more of the older ones!).Second, the value per card was as expected in their ranges - 1-5 cents for Commons, 2-40 cents for Uncommons and 20-100 cents for Rares. Two Uncommons were $1+. If you are “Treasure Hunting”, this is not the way to do it.Third, some nice cards: Lockets (mana fixing!), llanowar Elves, cards all over the set spectrum: 4th Edition thru March of the Machine. Really nice to see some of these older cards! The most I saw were 8 of the same card (from 2 different sets).Fourth, mine arrived in a cardboard box - in good enough shape to se to hold my Token collection and quickly as well! Finally, if you’re looking to build a high competing deck - you’re not looking for these to buy. These are great for Pauper, expanding a collection and just plain old fun to sort, compare and add a surprise or two to your deck! I originally bought to give to my wife’s after school group - but it had so many cards I didn’t have - I’m keeping most of them. Guess I’ll just have to “Buy It Again”. EXACTLY as advertised, Happy Customer!

Cards were unexpected
Disclaimer, I'm a beginner so I don't have as much knowledge as others. The ratity was okay I got a number of rares and uncommons, even cards from different releases, but overall the number of duplicates ruined it for me. I got 2 so 4000 and being conservative over 1000 of them were duplicates.I feel confident I got my money's worth in terms of card value, but it isn't great for beginners and lead to me having 30-50+ of many cards. I'll probably come back and edit this with actual stats after I sort more but the color distribution seemed off, far more black and blue cards. It is easily seen when sorting into stacks based on color.

Yep, it's worth it
There are tons of these bulk sellers on Amazon and eBay, so I thought I'd pull the trigger and see what I might get in a box of bulk. This was my first bulk purchase.Pros: There is a ton of variety among sets and colors, more toward newer sets, and fewer among older sets. in my lot, the largest number of cards from a single set was from Double Masters. Cards are in great condition and shipped really well. There was a separate sleeve with mythic rares and a good chunk of over 100 rares. There were quite a few foils included as well across all rarities. Some people complain about massive clumps of the same card. There were a few that had up to seven of a particular card, some more with playsets (4-ofs) but more often than not, there was little repetition. There were no basic lands, tokens, or promotional cards included.Cons: My least favorite part of the purchase was that a full quarter of the cards were from "The List", which is fine for casual players looking to pick up some playable staples, especially for Commander formats, but not so great for collectors looking to fill holes in sets. In addition, more than half of all the uncommons were from just one set (Double Masters). I was hoping to get a little more variety of uncommons across sets. In some of the smaller set offerings, only a single color was represented, mostly black. In summary, I think this is a solid purchase for someone just starting out, or looking to backfill a collection, or complete newer sets. You shouldn't expect to get some hidden gem of high value because these are all cards worth less than 30 cents, even the mythics. But there is plenty here to put together some casual decks and have fun!...And one final note on the current MTG environment, given the rising price of sealed products these days and a commercial focus on the zealous collector rather than the player, I think a bulk purchase like this one is the affordable, and reasonable, way to introduce new players to the game.

Not even 2000 cards
I only received 1744 cards..so again get your titles straight people it is illegal to market a product and not deliver what is advertised. Many repeats, which is fine for my intentions. Only thing that stopped me from giving just 2 stars was the fact that I received 18 rare, and 57 uncommons. I was able to resell the duplicate rares and few great combo sets that doubled what I paid. In summary, you get a decent amount of variety, and it just falls short of the 2000 card mark.. like most sets sold like this, there's always that chance you find a few diamonds..
