Good product
The product and the precuts were good. A little tricky to install but customer service was excellent and replaced the ones we messed up on and shipped them quick. The color is good but next time I would definitely go darker.

Great Quality Tint Kit for First-Time DIY Install
The True Line precut tint kit arrived earlier than expected and was packaged very well in a solid, long cardboard tube that protected the film perfectly. The tint itself is good quality—flexible, clear, and cut to shape. It was my first time doing a DIY window tint, and this kit made the process manageable. Their customer service was also excellent and responsive. The only improvement I’d suggest is including more detailed instructions, especially for curved windows or tricky areas. But overall, it’s a great kit for beginners and definitely worth trying if you're looking to tint your windows yourself.

The precut was not correct size. It was actually bigger and made me fail.
I totally trusted that its going to be pre cut. So it will be the same size of my windows. But its NOT. Even thought I gave them exacty model of my car. I started putting it to windows, first top, and bottom. But when went to bottom part, the tint was too big and I could not make it stick. If it was the same size of my windows, I could easily do it. But it was too late when I realize that tint was bigger. So far I only tried one window, I dont know if I should contiune rest of them. If I do, I will rewrite

Great customer service!
The media could not be loaded. I had ran into an issue installing the first set of tint I received and the company was quick to resolve this issue by sending me a replacement. For the side windows, I found the tint relatively easy to install with minor issues due to my own inexperience in installing tint. Inevitability I could not install the back glass tint, I ordered 3 replacement pieces and still found it too difficult and ended up paying a professional to install the rear glass window tint. But I would still recommend because of the quality and price point. I have had this tint on for months and haven’t had any issues with color fading, tint unsticking, or bubbling.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Originally had an issue with a shipment arriving but it was a post office issue not the company. I accidentally tore the back window tint 100% my fault and the company was amazing sent me a replacement at no cost. I was so pleased with their customer service!! If I need tint again it’ll definitely be from this company! Tint came so well packaged there was no chance it could be damaged in transport. Instructions were clear as day too. You will have to trim off some of the tint at the top but they definitely had the measurements perfect for my vehicle. Application was a breeze!

Difficult to install and the rear windshield piece curled at the edges and would not lay flat
What I liked:- The product was packaged very well- The optional kit was great quality- The precision of the cuts was great too. What I disliked- it’s common to use a heat gun to shape the tint for curved glass, however even on the lightest setting with 12 inches of distance, my heat gun caused the edges of the rear windshield piece to curl and this ultimately caused the piece to never lay flat.- the instructions didn’t match the tint I recieved. For example, this tint is pre cut completely and does not require the user to peel the cuts from a larger piece of tint - however the instructions on line make it seem like the tint still needs to be peeled from a larger section.Overall I wouldn’t recommend. Unless you’re doing this for a vehicle with relatively flat windows like a truck, the shaping process can be very time consuming and overall not worth the trouble. I spent around $115 for kit and one of the local installers was doing ceramic tint installed for $350.

Good tint, great company to deal with
After checking the prices on Amazon for precut film vs. having windows done professionally we decided to give it a try. I have done vehicles before & was fairly confident that I could get good results. Our tint arrived undamaged. It was wrapped around a thick cardboard tube, inside a sealed bag, inside a thick cardboard box. The precut pieces were all clearly marked with small round stickers indicating their location. Installation went fairly well. I would definitely recommend a installation kit & installing in a garage if possible. Out of the 7 windows in the vehicle, I had 2 that did not come out well. The first one I heated the tint too much with a heat gun & scratched the tint in 4 spots. The second was the rear window. The tint folded on itself when we attempted to put it up. As a result we have 2 creases about 2" long each. We also ended up with a couple pieces of lint/hair from the rear deck carpet under the tint. After a week, the tint on the windows that came out well look great. Good color, & clear. I decided to contact True Line Automotive & request replacement pieces for the 2 windows I messed up. They responded promptly & even sent them out free of charge. Overall I am very happy with the tint & True Line Automotive. I took one star for the install because it is not easy to get professional results. The only worry I have is weather or not the tint will discolor with time. I have had that issue with big box tint. If you have patience, & a garage, give it a try. Just be aware, it is not as easy as they make it look on YouTube! I will definitely order from True Line Automotive again.
