This seems to be well made & it fits my 35" waist just fine. The primary support portion is 43" & the secondary belt is 31.5". It does stretch, but I think any waist much over 43" may not fit well. Just saying, I could be wrong.

Excellent quality, but be aware: S-M is very small! I am petite 125 lbs and 5 foot. I can barely fasten around me. There's only 1 inch overlap.

My return window closed two days ago. I might contact mfg if I can find packaging.At first, this was great. I only used once over clothes.My waist is a 29. It states more than that. I brought with me shopping and tried to put under clothes before I got in store. Ouch. It was then too small and was pocking in my body at several areas.I think the shirt padding gave it an advantage - but under is a no go especially that size. Ouch.Worked pretty good with clothes. Still small but not as painful.

I don’t typically write reviews but I had to after wearing this back brace for the first time!! It’s works really well! Fits perfectly and I’m a size 9-10.
