OMG!
I am a regular user of Highkey Mini Cookies, and I just had to share my thoughts with you because I think you might really enjoy them too, especially considering how mindful you are about sugar and carb intake. These cookies are a game-changer for anyone looking to indulge their sweet tooth without compromising their dietary preferences. What I love most about them is not only their taste, which is surprisingly delicious for a sugar-free option, but also their versatility.First off, these do a fantastic job of satisfying those snack cravings without the guilt. They're perfectly crunchy, and the flavors are on point – it’s hard to believe they're low in carbs and sugar-free. But what truly sets them apart is how amazing they are for culinary creativity. I've been experimenting with them as a base for a sugar-free pie crust, and the result was phenomenal. The texture and taste they bring to the pie are just so satisfying, making it a big hit among my family who usually don't even care if it's sugar-free or not. Moreover, they're also fantastic as toppings. I crushed them over some pudding the other day, and it added such a delightful crunch and flavor depth that elevated the whole dessert. You could also easily sprinkle them over ice cream or use them in parfait layers for that extra something special. So, if you're on the lookout for a snack that fits into a low-carb, sugar-free lifestyle without skimping on taste or if you're just curious to try something new that's actually tasty, I genuinely recommend Highkey. They've become a staple in my pantry for both snacking and baking adventures. Let me know if you decide to try them, and of course, if you come up with any other creative ways to use them!Take care!

Finally! A gluten free AND sugar free cookie that tastes great! 😋
I have been searching for a great tasting gluten free - sugar free cookie for years. Thank you! Now I can have cookies again without having digestive problems. My favorites so far are snickerdoodle (buttery, cinnamon, shortbread like, higher satiety, "gift from the food gods"), ginger, chocolate chip and lemon (in that order). I can't try the peanut butter because of peanut allergy. The lemon flavor is a bit too strong for my taste but I would be happy to eat them again. Yes ... there are crumbs... and in some flavors more than others. The crumbs taste good too, eating them out the bag or as a crumble topping on other desserts. I wish the price was lower, but it's hard to find a "clean" cookie, made of quality ingredients, that's gluten and sugar free, and doesn't trigger inflammation, histamine and other problems for me. I can eat them and not have inflammation related weight gain at my next morning weigh-in! For someone with a lot of dietary restrictions... that's rare and a big deal. Snickerdoodle => Subscribe & Save => Cookie monster lives again!

Not 25 Cookies per Bag
The cookies are very flavorful; however, the bag says there are 25 cookies per bag. We have eaten 2 bags, and each of them only contained 16 cookies.

Great on low sugar, but an astronomical amount of salt in each tiny cookie which is dangerous!
These cookies (Snickerdoodles), are the most delicious (low sugar) cookies I have ever had. The flavoring is so tasty. It's great that they have very low sugar, but no one one mentions the astronomical and dangerous amount of salt each microscopic cookie contains! Why do we let manufactures do that? They lower the sugar and add a large amount of salt to make up for it. My feet were instantly swollen while eating these cookies and they were still twice as swollen once I realized what what was going on and stopped. Nothing else I have ever eaten has done that to me to that extent. It was my fault for not calculating how much salt would actually be in each individual tiny cookie before I bought them. That's another trick, reducing the size of the cookies. So look at the size of the cookie and figure out how much salt there is in each cookie, and take that into consideration because you will tend to eat more of them just because they are so small and that amount of salt will build up instantly and can get you in the end if you are older and are not supposed to have salt or must lower your salt intake, as these will also raise your blood pressure. Even if you are older, and even if you only ate a few of these, the amount of salt in them in proportion to their size, would get you. In that case, the safest thing to do is make your own cookies and avoid these.

Amazing flavor and texture with no fillers
As someone who's been cycling between keto and carnivore for over three years, you could say I'm more than familiar with the "it's just as good" lie when it comes to keto alternative products. There have only been a handful of products or recipes that have ever come close to being truly worthy of the "just as good" or "almost identical" label. For me, these snickerdoodles are one of them. Now the texture of any almond flour-based treat will never 100% replicate a flour original, but these get considerably closer than I've ever had before. They are airy and light, without the immediate crumble of most almond flour baked goods. The flavor is sweet, buttery and with a strong, bold cinnamon flavor. As for the ingredients, pretty respectable as well. I'm so used to keto products being shoved so full of other crap in a desperate attempt to make them taste like the original, that other than the glycemic index, it'd probably be healthier to eat the carb-rich original. But these don't contain anything I wouldnt use in my own keto baking at home.In conclusion, these are great cookies, with a great flavor and quality ingredients. They may be pricey, but if you're sticking with a keto lifestyle and want to scratch that cookie itch, for once I can safely say, you are definitely getting what you pay for!
