Talk about impressive
A beautiful machine, and less than 3 minutes I had a quart of Hibiscus grounded and ready for tea. Easy enough to clean, a little on the noisy side, about equal in noise to my juicer. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase, can't wait to do more with it. Also if you have time, look up the video on it, where someone ground rocks in it to a powdery state, I don't advise doing that, but its quite impressive that this machine could do that if I wanted it too. Thank you HYDDNice for putting out there an awesome machine.

Uber spice grinder on steroids. With hazards and inconvenient design.
First the good. These are powerful units which will grind anything to powder in less than a minute. If you put rocks in it, it would probably grind them to dust. Despite the speed and power, it does not get very hot unless you run it for a long time, which you shouldn't. It works for anything, wheat berries, coffee, spices, nuts, seeds. Oily nuts and seeds are no problem. Dehydrate vegetables and turn them into powder. Now the bad. There is a real risk of electric shock with these units. They are not properly grounded. I just got it, no problems so far, but you need to use them carefully. I really would not handle the metal while it is plugged in, only the plastic knob.Secondly, the metal is poorly cut and there are very sharp edges on it. You need to be careful handling and cleaning it, or you might wind up with stitches.Thirdly, the base of the unit which the grains go in, does not detach. So to pour the contents out, you have to tip over the whole bulky unit. This is ridiculous. You also can't take it out to clean it, you have to wipe it with whatever.Even with these problems, I love this freakin unit, it is the ultimate spice grinder and there is nothing else like it. Also a great deal for the price. So I will deal with the problems.

Noisy but effective
This really is a great unit. It runs a little noisier than other appliances, and I can't see a safety switch as you'd find on a Ninja or a coffee grinder...you know the kind that prevents its operation if the blades are uncovered. But man, it sure grinds whole wheat into super fine flour. And for responsible bread-loving adults, who can't seem to find any flour on the shelves, this is definitely worth the money.

Impressive
Used it the moment I got it... I was impressed how fine it pulverized the coffee beans I bought. It does what said and easy to clean. Definitely a thumbs up 👍👍👍👍

Rubbish buy somethin else.
this product almost killed me. it suged with a pretty big arch of electricity. while using it's not well built. did the job when it was working loud as a jet plane taking off which I'd say is comon with these mills. the company did give me a bit back for the warrenty but overall I'd highly recommend ot get something else more well built and overall safer. my two cents.

Great machine but......
This works as it should. Not much instructions. BE CAREFUL WHEN CLEANING THE LID. IT IS VERY VERY VERY VERY SHARP. I ended up cutting the tip of my finger. It is like a knife

Great investment for grinding flour and spices - and saving your food processor!
There is nothing harder to grind than Chinese slab brown sugar - my food processor and blender have the bruises to prove it! But this grinder not only made quick work of it - it turned it into a super fluffy soft snow texture in 30 seconds! There were a few pea-sized pieces left, but they were small enough to quickly dissolve in water!I used it recently to make rice flour for gluten-free baking! I had to sift and regrind the flour a couple of times to get the super fine consistency I wanted, but it was super worth it! I usually pay $16 for 3 lbs of superfine white rice flour. I got 5lbs of the same type of rice at home for $5 - in less than an hour!
