Truly horrible, you would think that installing something hardware wise would be a plug and play scenario, but this oil catch can filter proved otherwise. The hoses didnt fit perfect nor the clamps since the we're too small for the hoses themselves. The hoses we're way too short as well to the point that it's interacting with the charge pipe. Also the little table it comes with to hook it onto something to hold the catch can, can't be hooked on to anything. So for a brief recap, my oil catch can has been installed with...1) no clamps2) no hook, so the catch can is being held on with the hoses attached and the charge pipe basically squeezing it3) one hose not fully in because the charge pipe hole was too big for the hose, installed this part scared me because I had to put a lot of force in order to get the hose in half way and just gave upOh I forget I have a 2008 535xi

I'm very surprised at the craftsmanship of this product given the price. The can itself is very sturdy and the hoses are extremely stout. One of them was just crammed into the box, all bent up. When I pulled it out it sprung out straight as a board; I couldn't believe it! The only downside is that there are no instructions. But, honestly, install is pretty straightforward on these.

4 stars because there is one minor issue. Kit is quality and installs correctly. Great value for the price. Only issue is that the catch can is slight taller than more expensive versions and can rub up against the charge pipe. Takes some creative positioning to make it fit. Used on a n54 powered bmw 135i.

Nothing stylish, but doing it's job well on my 2007 335i e90

2015 F30 328 Xdrive. Good quality. Does not come with the proper installation bracket for the N20/N26 engine. You need to fabricate your own bracket. Other than that, best investment for DI engine.

It's a cheap and basic catch can that seems to work as intended for my tuned N20 (2015 328i). However, as you can see, I had to get creative since it doesn't come with the correct mounting brackets. I also had to make a quick run to the auto parts store because not all the hose clamps were the right size. Other than those 2 things, the can itself seems to be built well and works like it's supposed to. The picture shows what it caught after ~1,500 miles in Las Vegas. I was initially skeptical it would do me any good but after seeing the oil it stopped from going back into my engine, it's apparently been a good investment for me. Despite having to jury rig it, it seems to do the job well, especially for the price.

The hoses are far too short, and the side the curved side that returns the air does not fit. No instructions.

Let me begin by stating that this did get its job done; However, while installing it I faced many issues. For starters, the hose clamps provided were not the correct size. Then, the mounting brackets did not work so I had to be creative and figure out how to mount it myself. Finally, it is really close to the charge pipe. But as aforementioned, after all difficulties faced and having to go out and get extra stuff to actually make it work, it does in fact work.
