Finer Form Sit Up Bench with Reverse Crunch Handle for Ab Bench Exercises - Abdominal Exercise Equipment with 3 Adjustable Height Settings

The bench was easy to put together. It is at least as wide as those I use in the gym--if not an inch wider. I have two moderate complaints with the product.While the materials seem sturdy, the final is more plastic than rubbery. The foot pads make too much noise when I am using it; there's a distracting squeaking noise when the foam rubs against the foot bar. And the foot bar only comes to the middle of my shin, nowhere near my ankle. Since there's no way to adjust the bar, I could just hook my ankles on the top bar, but then my hamstrings (back of my knee) is not supported by the bottom bar. I am 5' 11", so unless you're close to 5' tall, I'm guessing this will bother most folks serious about rocking out crunches.My other complaint is the bench does not elevate as highly as do those I use in the gym--I just can't get as much of an isolation on my midsection with this modest incline. I am not going to return the bench. I didn't see anything better online. But if I had to do it over again I would have saved the space in y home and not purchased this. It's okay--nothing great.

Really awesome sit up bench, very solidly made and super firm/thick padding. My husband and I both use this bench (I am 5'6" and he is 5'8" about 210 lbs) and neither of us have any issues. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a way to adjust the area that holds your legs so you can make it looser or tighter for people who have small legs! Other than that no complaints- definetly recommend!

The bench arrived quicker than I expected and was very easy to assemble with only the tools included in the box. There was no damage to the box or packing but the rubber corner piece on one side of the bench arrived torn and the other side also appears flimsy. I still plan to give the bench a chance since it does otherwise seem sturdy. If I keep the bench long term, I will use black tape to secure the corner pieces.

Nothing fancy, just a good solid, comfortable situp bench. I'm 6'1", 240lbs, and the bench is comfortable and sturdy. The padded bars for your feet are in a good position, so it doesn't hurt your legs. It doesn't fold-up, but it balances well if you stand it up on end when not in use so it takes up little room, stable enough that your cat's not gonna knock it over that way. Assembly is really simple and quick, like 10 minutes, and the required tools are provided. All in all, I'd say you'd be wasting your money getting a more expensive bench.

The bench arrived quickly. The packaging is large, to be expected, and was not damaged. Tools included were easy to use and assembly was easy and took 5 minutes. The illustrated instructions were helpful, but not even really needed because assembly is fairly self explanatory.The bench itself is great. The padding is firm without being rock hard. And the width of the bench, as noted in the description, is better than others i looked at. The adjustable height is helpful to get you started: start flatter and work up to a steeper decline. I'm using it both for sit-ups and crunches as well as a decline bench for dumbbell bench press. Its quality is great and its very stable for all my uses.Really am happy with this bench

Great sit up bench and the price is good as well. Easy enough to put together and seems sturdy for me (5'9" and 150lbs). My husband (6'4" 250lbs) doesn't feel as comfortable on it as me, meaning it moves a little when he uses it, and when he does the leg lifts where you're sitting on it backwards, the whole thing will lift up if he's not careful. But I am still giving this 5 stars because we bought it more for me to use, we know that we have to spend more $$ to get things that are strong enough for him. So for the price you can't really beat this. It is comfortable and super easy to store inside the house without taking up much room. 5 stars also for customer service!! We had to contact Finer Form because we received one bent piece and they responded instantly and were very helpful/sent replacement within 2 days. Highly recommend.

Rated as best by Amazon, I purchased it on the day that Amazon workers had struck. I need to work out and I am as many Staying AT Home during the Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020 but for the very few trips to the grocery store.It is more difficult to use that one would hope. And assembly is not clear enough but simple but still, there needs to be a bit better technical drawing of parts to places, and the adjustments one can make. Right now, without one of the foot rests, (there are two), I can stretch my arms out and up, and perform weight lifting while at a slight angle downward.Weight lifting with single hand weights is doable. My arms are the perfect lenght. I can return my arms to my sides with the weights and not hit the floor, while using the sit up bench as a curved bench. It makes lifting weights a bit more interesting.It took months to deliver. The box was a bit beat up. The products were fine and in great repair but, they out gased some chemical having been manufactured in China. I don't know what that chemical is, but it is very strong. So Strong, I was compelled to leave the bench and parts on my porch to air out. I have found this to be true from many things from China.That stated, this will last a long time, and though heavy, it is not super heavy.

Very happy with this. Very unhappy with my abs.. it’s as if someone has stolen them! I did think there were insufficient bolts initially, I think there were 4. But, once you’ve read the instructions ( ok, I’m a bloke), you do only need the 4. So 5 out of 5.

The item is arrived with damaged

Reading some of the reviews before placing my order, I got a little worried specially about some people complaining that their product was taking way too long to arrive. Surprisingly, my unit was delivered even with a couple of days in advance (I live in Alberta, Canada). It's a quality product and came with no issues whatsoever. It was easy to assemble with the tool that came with it. It's lightweight and really sturdy. However I still believe the price could be lower than what I paid for. I recommend this product and seller.

Prodotto fondamentalmente buono.Non assegno le 5 stelle solo per due motivi:1) la distanza tra i cuscinetti dove incastrare i piedi e quelli dietro il ginocchio, dovevano essere un po'più distanti tra loro ( intendo la distanza tra le due coppie di cuscinetti);2) la spugna della mezza luna è un po' troppo rigida.

Overall the bench is excellent. 4 stars because the adjustable portion of the bench is designed poorly, hence makes the bench a little wiggly. Nothing serious enough to not consider buying it though.
