This is a decent frame for the price and packaged to ship, extremely well. It was really the only frame I could find to fit it's, 4-8x10 collage, and vertically mounted style.The mounting instructions and most needed hardware, was included with this unit. I did have to drill 2 very small pilot holes, with a dremel in the back of the frame first, before hand screwing in the wire loops. Everything is holding still and looks nice.I did not give it 5 stars because of the price point. While it is a decent quality frame, it is nothing fancy, and I would have loved to pay $40 after shipping and handling, instead of $60. I've only had it for about a week, but so far, so good.

Not sure if I like it or hate it. I had no clue this came with plexiglass, so I wasn’t happy there, especially considering plexiglass scratches easily. It’s also VERY light and I like that part, but it just looks cheap to me. Funny thing is, it wasn’t cheap!! I think it was way too overpriced for a very light plexiglass frame. I do, however, think it will serve just fine in my son’s playroom.

First I want to start off with the packaging was magnificent. It came extremely cushioned in a nice big box, strapped down, and the frame was completely wrapped for protection. The frame plexiglass was sealed on both sides for protection as well. It seems like it will be a long wait to get your package. I received my package a month earlier than what was originally quoted to me! One downside I thought it would be actual glass but the high grade and thick plexiglass is still looks like glass. just have to be careful what you clean it with so you don't scratch it up. The color for the backdrop is perfect for what I was looking for matches very well with what I saw online before purchasing. Would be nice to have more frame options in this case the black frameworks for what I intended it. This will be a great gift for my mom this holiday season since her birthday has passed! Came with instructions on how to assemble and hang. Also came with $100 wine voucher to nakedwines.com. If any issues there is a support team contact for customer service. Not sure if this is made in the US but overall very satisfied! Also would like to point out that it was one of the few places that I could find that I had 8x10 photo openings at a reasonable price!

The frame itself is good. But it arrived with the glass smashed to pieces. Didn’t have time to return it. Had to go to hardware store to buy a new piece of glass.

I was in search of this particular size and layout multi picture frame. This is a good quality frame and glass-worth 5 stars. My package came fairly quickly, was well packed and very protected during shipping. I didn't like that I had to tap in the wall hanging hardware (they fully disclose this in the description of their products) but really wanted this hard to find layout. The Black is really a matte rather than a satin-I would have liked a bit of shine. I do prefer to find my frames at the store so that I can look them over (didn't have any luck with this size/layout). Unfortunately, it did come with a small spot of exposed wood that I will cover with a sharpie but other than that this is a good frame. I know I am pretty picky, I believe most would not be as extreme as I am. I ordered another unusual layout from this manufacturer. I do recommend this product and manufacturer.
