Perfect match to 2005 black Honda
Original door handle finally broke off. I ordered this as a replacement and was concerned about the key cylinder since many reviews complained about fitting. You need to push the cylinder on a hard surface until it is all the way in. Then put everything back together and you're done.

Good feeling, minor design flaw
Handle feels great once installed. Spring provides the resistance you'd look for in a new handle. For mine, the lock cylinder is slightly off but it got the job done. It's been on the car for a few weeks now and I haven't had any issues with it.EDIT: I apparently hadn't pulled it all the way into the locking mechanism. Used the key and twisted it to the lock position and gave it a slight tug outward to seat it into place. Upped from four to five stars for my own stupidity

Not a perfect fit
This exterior door handle was for my son's 2003 Honda Civic sedan. The installation was straight forward however the hole for the lock cylinder was too small. He had to really push hard to get the lock cylinder to fit. You definitely should either Dremel the plastic down some as other reviewers did or install the lock cylinder first and use a good amount of force while also making sure not to break it.Once installed the door handle functions as expected and looks great. Just be warned that it isn't a perfect fit for the lock.

Fits perfect and looks stock

Almost perfect...but 1 star
Product feels cheap but that's fine; the price is cheap. Only real issue was that my lock cyclinder didn't fit in the housing on this handle. I had to carve out the interior(rather difficult with hard plastic) to make it work. It's worth the purchase still because you're saving money and it can function, but still deserves 1 star.

Ehh its cheap and it barely fits the lock cylinder on my honda civic, but it works ....
the lock cylinder was an extremely tight fit and the plastic feels cheap ... it works and opens the door so im going with it for now .

Adjustments may be required
It did not fit. The key-hole on this item was too small and did not fit the original key chamber for my Honda. My mechanic had to spend time filing this item to make the hole bigger to make it fit, which increased the cost of the overall installation service.
