This book makes sense and helps you develop your philosophies. It helps you to understand your strengths and successes, and how that can be a basis in banking ideas for questions you might be asked in interviews. Perhaps I would have liked to see some typical/sample interview questions.

This book is one of the best assistant principal interview preparation books I have ever read. Add notes from other effective interview, personal, and leadership books and your will have yourself an organized winner to any interview. I am more confident, organized, prepared, and look forward to using this new prep book strategy.

If you are trying to obtain a Principalship, this book will help you prepare. I used it and I got the job!!! A must have for future principals.

Quite misleading; I used it as toilet paper.
