Expensive, but worth it
This product helped to revive a steamer that used a TON with quite hard water. I work in a retail store and we must steam articles of clothing that our guests try on. We have gone through several steamers because they quit working after a month or two because we use them constantly and the water we have at work is quite hard. We had a upright freestanding steamer that was Jiffy brand and we put the whole bottle into it and let it sit. After we dumped it out, the steamer works just like new again. This saved us from having to buy another $150 steamer.I have also gotten an RV filter for our water faucet that I hope will reduce the hardness of the water and make the steamer work for longer before we have to clean it again.

The product is not as advertised
If you take a close look at the product that I received, and the packaging/label shown on Amazon, it is clear that it is not the same product. False advertising. Would not recommend this company.
