BEST Gluten free pasta that I have found. Been using gf pasta 6 yrs. Cooks up wonderful not mushy great flavor. I dare anyone having dinner at my home to tell the difference. Cost more but worth every penny.

I love this product. It has a great texture, comparable to regular shelf pasta. White pasta doesn't like me, but this pasta does and my husbancd can't tell the difference.

We eat this pasta in our house exclusively, I am not gluten free but my wife is and I am unable to tell the difference, and I really appreciate the pasta water. It's much starchier than regular pasta water. Excellent for things like Cacio é Pepe where the pasta water is an integral part of the recipe.
