Love it - perfect. Keeps time well - would highly recommend it. Also has an alarm feature - if you need it.

Really lousy craftsmanship!
After two tries at getting one of these clocks to be nice enough to give as a gift I gave up! This is just another reason why resin is such a lousy medium for creating top quality work. I find I'm always disappointed by them. Also, I'm disappointed in Herman Miller for producing such a low quality item from what has been a respected American clock company. Oh well another sign of the times. And take note the clock was made in China.

propeller shaped alarm clock
The housing of the clock is resin material painted bronze. The clock face is off white with antiqued edges and romanesque numerals. Clock can be hung by slotted hole or can be stood by separate rod which attaches to a hole in the back. Solid, dense resin construction overall and fairly heavy.

Cheap plastic mechanism
The brass front is very nice but the clock mechanism is cheap plastic. I was afraid of breaking it when I set the time. I was surprised since I always thought that Howard Miller products were good.Also, I want to return it and have not heard from the company yet.

Not a bedroom clock
I was disappointed because I wanted this as a cute bedroom alarm clock but it ticks soooo loudyou could not sleep in the same room with it.It is a nice clock but not for a bedroom!!

Clock arrived damaged
Product arrived damaged and does not work. The box was not broken, however the clock inside was damaged beyond repair.

Not sure if knockoff.
Looks much cheaper in person, smelled like nicotine. The surface looks painted rather than like reflective metal. Very disappointing, though the person I gifted it to was very gracious.
