I have bought and installed lots of flush handles, and I have never had a problem fitting the chain attached to the flapper before. The holes are so tiny that the very small pin that attaches to the end of the chain couldn’t fit through to secure it with the clip. The material is cheap coated metal, and it’s too flimsy for my power drill to enlarge the hole. I have an American Standard toilet, and the other handles that fit were universal, and they fit perfectly. I can’t comment on durability because I couldn’t use them. The silver handle looked okay. It isn’t fancy, but it’s not ugly.

out of the 8 that arrived 1 of them was bent when I attempted to straighten it broke at the bend which was right at the drill hole closeest to the center of the bar. is now unusable
