Q: what is the width of the line cutout, can it be used with a small router guide bushing?

Hello, Thank you for your interesting question. The width of the line cutout is 2~2.5 mm. I did not test "router guide bushing" using metal stencils. I assume that the "Aleks Melnyk" stencils are very thin for this tool, just 0.3 mm, and the width of the lines cutouts is very narrow in order to use them with the "router guide bushing". But still I really liked the idea of using stencils as an auxiliary tool for "router guide bushing", so in the future I will try to create a series of stencils specifically for this. Thanks again!

Q: Are these flexible? I want to use on a curved surface.

These are metal stencils, they are not suitable for use on curved surfaces.

Q: Can a torch be used on these stencils?

No, the torch should not be used with these stencils. Although they are metallic, their thickness is only 0.3 mm. The temperature generated by the burner is very high for a metal thickness of 0.3 mm. I recommend using these stencils with such tools: Soldering iron with adjustable temperature, Electric Engraving Tool (Pen), Professional Pyrography Machine
