I bought it on Dec 21st 2020 and it already broke down (May 2, 2021) I wish I could return but I just can warn you. You get what you paid. Don't waste your $ and save it for a much better phone option.

I was already skeptical due to the reviews but needed a simple phone to arrive quick so this was the only option. I was not expecting fancy options and features, just a phone that could call and text. This scam product can't even do that.Phone could not be charged or turned on - dead piece of junk.

Got phone for senior citizen and thought it would be a very simple machine. Very confussing key board. Manual does not explain controls well. The reason it's confusing is this phone has all of the features of a smart phone with no keyboard simple key strokes.

Works as described

This is a "you get what you pay for" phone. Very flimsy construction, likely wouldn't survive the first decent drop. I charged the battery up and put in my SIM card (T-Mobile). The best I could get was one bar signal strength but "no signal" was the norm - inside, outside, didn't matter. And even with the case closed, the battery would run down in a couple of hours, likely because the phone was searching for a signal.Keypad and display were familiar and functional.Save yourself some trouble and buy something else.

Great phone when it worked. Didnt last long. Not even 6 monthsThe screen is not working anymore after 3 months of use. And it only let's you store a limited amount of contacts..

phone is good..got on time. tried to leave feedback but wouldnt let me so doing the review instead. same size as my old ones, screen is actually good size, just tiny font, hard to find volume control, and no offense to the makers here, but the flashlight SUCKS. not nearly as bright as i was hoping, but it is ok for now, as i got the phone to replace my old one as mostly used for calls. i may sell it one day if i find a new an better phone, but not sure yet. taking it slowly. thanks again :)

I love the plum flip phone 😍. I hope in the future that the company will make plum flip phone 😍😉 a smart phone. It will awesome 👍😊 to have one and that will come 😊 in different colors 😊.

Thought that this would be compatible with Australian networks but sadly No. On reading about the mobile before ordering I was certain it would be useable!
