Ever Ready First Aid143200 Dual Head Stethoscope, Black

Bought this for a cosplay, it was easy to assemble and looks like the real deal! That being said, it simply does not work as a real stethoscope. The ear pieces are a little tight, but you can SLOWLY AND GENTLY stretch the curved metal piece open further after assembly for a looser fit, so that's not too big of a deal. Again, I would not buy this if you plan to use it for actual medical training/work. Stick with brands like Littman if you want something that works, I know they're WAY more expensive but you get what you pay for!

Very inexpensive and works fine. Bought it for granddaughter to play doctor, and it's real.

So I have a kind of bias opinion on this. I am not in the medical field and did not buy this for myself. I got this as a birthday present for my 2 year old because she has a plastic one from the dollar store made for kids but I wanted to get her one that she could actually hear the heart beat instead of making the noise with her mouth. If you ask her she'd definitely give it a 5 star rating the absolute joy that came across her face when I held it to my chest and she heard my heart beat was so pure. But I will say that if I was in the medical field I'd probably rate it a 2 start. It's great for the price and you can hear you're heart beat it's just very quiet so if you need to count beats it's not good for that at all but as a costume or just to have around the house it's absolutely perfect for the price.

Okay, the ONLY reason why I am rating this 5 stars is because I used this stethoscope ONCE. It is only good for a prop, costume, or toy, but is lacking in any realistic-looking or feeling value. Definitely would NOT recommend using this as a medical stethoscope. The ear pieces were pretty uncomfortable and pointy and made it agonizing to keep it in my ear canals for too long. It does work (mine did) but the noise ability was very, very faint. Also, it is pretty cheaply built (which is why I noted that I ONLY rated it 5 stars because of its one-time value) and I would STRONGLY advise against buying this for any real use for the medical field. You are better off purchasing a more expensive stethoscope that will actually last you. :)Also, if you're wondering why you got the wrong color, you need to ACTUALLY look at the color name in the product type. Some say pink, red, green, etc...I managed (luckily, because I was NOT paying any attention) to snag a black stethoscope. I hope this helped. :)
