This stuff really does work! After about 2 months of using faithfully my nails finally grew and looked great. Took off about every 3 days and put fresh on.

I have always had such weak nails, and this is the only strengthener I use that makes a visible, notable difference in strengthening them. And I’ve tried A LOT of products, for years. I just used this after the glue from some press-ons wrecked my already weak nails last week, and they’re already looking and feeling notably better. It dries quickly and actually has a nice smell—I’d describe it as cucumber-y as it’s drying. It also dries relatively fast! It’s also the size of an average nail polish; I’d compare the size to just a little bit bigger than an essie polish. Anyway, if your nails peel and stay super thin like mine, this is THE stuff, can’t recommend enough.

I was desperate to fix my nails. After years of beautiful nails, menopause happened. Within a year my nails went from lovely to extremely fragile, peeling & splitting 😰. Seriously, if my nails were made of paper, they would have been more resilient. From January ‘24- May ‘25 I tried OPI Nail Envy, OIrly Calcium Shield and countless reputable products. Absolutely nothing worked. I’d just about given up when I came across this product. I ordered out of desperation & I’ve used it for a week now, applying it every night as directed. It seems to have worked!!! No peeling, no splitting, no more “weaker than paper” nails 😦! I was out in the garden today- yes, I wore gloves, but when I took them off I could hardly believe it…my nails were totally intact. This maybe Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth for nails. I’m so grateful & highly recommend this product- 5⭐️!UPDATE- finished Week 2 & going on Week 3…Recently, I have been doing heavy gardening work, wearing gloves of course. I’m continuing to use the product as directed. My nails are doing GREAT! I have had some splitting (probably due to the abuse from garden work), but NO PEELING… it has literally been a 1 & 1/2 years of peeling, fragile nails & this product seems to have stopped it. I’m amazed 🤩. Will continue to update…UPDATE #2 6/18/25- I continue to use First Aid Kiss and my nails have continued to improve. I am still growing out the pre-First Aid Kiss fragile nails, but I am able to actually GROW them out a bit w/o them splitting & peeling away. I’m thrilled with the results of this product. It seems to be able to bond to fragile nails and protect them as they grow. I would give it 10⭐️’s if I could!UPDATE #3 - 7/20/25 Success!!!

It use to be a great product. Around 2 or 3 years ago I tried this nail polish and it worked miracles on my nails. I was happy that I found something that worked.I recently bought from them and the product changed. This nail polish doesn’t last. I am doing the same activities I’ve always do. But this version of it peels off constantly. I wrote to them before posting a review and seemed not to care that I was going to post a low review. I am reviewing the absolute truth about this nail polish. I really wish I can say great things about it, but it disappointed me. I wish I can have the same one I’ve purchased a while back. But everything now a days lower their quality for economical reasons, I assume.

So far I am really please with this product. I am trying the strengthener first, but giving the color a try in the near future. It goes on smooth and has stayed on this whole week.

I've been using this for a few years now, but I think the formula has changed. It no longer has a light pink hue and smells different. I loved how fast this used to dry, but now I notice it takes longer and leaves a tacky finish for hours after painting my nails.
