Wooden hook rack, plastic screw covers
Bought this twice, about 2 1/2 years apart. Fairly consistent build and finish quality, with one exception: the covers for the hardware are no longer wood, but plastic. I've attached a photo showing my old one (on the left) along with the new one (on the right).

Screw Cover caps ruin it.
Great construction, classy look, and perfect size. My complaint is the end caps on either end of the hooks. Those are where you insert the screws, and they come with these rubber caps to conceal the screws. Well my end caps are like flesh colored, and untextured like the wood, so they stick out and make it looks pretty ugly.

Those covers stick out like a sore thumb and kind of ruin what would ...
We ordered three of these because we have a large family.I guess for the price it's 'alright.' Wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. The screw hole covers are cheap, ugly, flesh colored plastic, NOT wood (as shown in the product photos). I feel mislead and they really need to update their photos. Those covers stick out like a sore thumb and kind of ruin what would otherwise look pretty decent. The hooks themselves are a little wobbly, too. Tightening them via the screws on the back does nothing and they just remain a little wobbly. While it's not a horrible product, and it's inexpensive, we will not be purchasing again.

They look nice and mount easy.
Mounting holes are spaced 16" apart making it easy to mount on studs behind the drywall. Seems to be of good quality and the wood is nicely finished. The plugs are plastic, but blend in well enough. It would be easy enough to get wooden ones at most any hardware store. If you are mounting it on dry wall, you will have to supply your own molly anchors. I believe the box they cam in said not to exceed 35 pounds. Not a problem if using the "coat rack" for coats or lightweight gear. A great value in my opinion.

A little lacking in quality control.
My only complaint is that the screws that hold the hooks were countersunk to deep, which allows to hooks to rotate. Removing the screws and adding a thin washer will keep the hooks tight, but it also extends the screw head out past the back a small distance. If you hang stuff on the lower part of the hook, you probably won't notice that they can move a little. A small amount of Elmer's glue around the screw might also help. For my 2 year old grandsons jackets it will work.

Looks nice, does its job
Looks nice. Finish is so-so. Holes are lined up at 16" centers (same as most wall studs) so make sure to use a stud finder and a couple longer (2") screws to get the most out of what this thing can hold. If you can't find studs, DO USE drywall anchors and get this thing as solid as possible or it will not hold 4 hooks full of large/heavy coats; rather it will rip huge holes in drywall when screws pull out under the weight. If mounted in studs, hooks are heavy-duty enough, and mounted well enough that they hold coveralls, coats, and sweatshirts without an issue. Found this for about $12 when all the rest were much more; and most had holes drilled in places to look pretty, not to be lined up for practicality. This was a good buy for 2 adults and a kid to hang winter gear out of the way.

Perfect!
This is perfect for my bedroom door, to hang my robes and pajamas. The size is just right. I read where a lot of other people complained that the caps to cover the screws are plastic but in all honesty once you put them on you can't tell they're plastic because they blend in. Someone would have to get very, very, very close to even notice that they were plastic. I am very satisfied with this product.

Consistent Quality.
I originally bought this to go on the entrance way door. After it arrived I was impressed by the way it looked and how well it worked for my needs.I ordered 3 more. I placed 1 on the back of the bathroom door, 1 on the back of the spare room door, and 1 on the side of a Sauder cabinet just inside the door to my room. All 4 of the units look nice, work well, and went up easy.Free Tip: Stick double sided tape on the back and it will hold the unit in place while you screw it in. It is also easier to adjust the unit till you are happy and then screw it in.
