Does the job quite well. Water is clear, water pressure is good. Quite reasonable in price

Good for well water sediment
Works as described. I've bought these filters for 4 years now. They keep a load of well water sediment out of our pipes.

Cleaner water
Our well water is extremely mineral laden (app 500 TDS). Installed a filter in line from well to house which uses these filters. They are changed monthly and yikes - black from minerals in 4 weeks. Easily changed but have to really push them in or we get a bit of leakage which stops in a few minutes. We notice an improvement in flow as soon as we do the monthly filter change so the quality is there. The price has gone up but still very much worth it for cleaner water!

Great for removing fine Sediment
We are on a 600' well on our Homestead and have a lot of fine shale silt. These filter effectively remove the silt and improve the water clarity. These were a good fit and are quality made.

Quick fix
