I grew cacti!
It’s been a few months and my seeds grew within a few weeks. I leave it on my window sill in my living room and very infrequently spray inside to add some moisture. It’s a cute display for your cacti friends and comes with all the supplies you may need. It’s smaller than it looks in display but I didn’t need anything giant. It was a good price for a starter kit to get a feel for how to care for a low maintenance plant (also keeps my plants safe from my kitties who inevitably always get into them when not contained like this is) kit came with instructions and was easy to set up.

Super cute!
I got this as a special little treat for my daughter's Easter basket because they always get too much candy! She really liked it and she has tiny little cactuses growing. None of them have any frickers yet they're just like little green blobs, but she's excited nonetheless. I feel like it was worth the expense.

They died but it was my fault...
Okay, listen. First of all, I live in a dry area so the succulents did very well with their growth. They were bright green and had little hairs. Some were bigger than others and it was beautiful. BUT. I moved my room around and put them on a ledge where the sun hits directly. I am shattered when I say this but... I forgot them. I came back for them a couple of hours later to find them WHITE. Completly white almost transparent. I was devastated. I quickly read online if there was any type of aid I could have provided to restore their little plant lives. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done. The soft tissues had burned. I LET THEM BURN FOR CHRIST SAKE. The dirt inside the glass bottle was burning hot. There was no water left. It was a dry graveyard. Understanding that they were now dead I squished them. Yes, you read that right. I squished them along the inside of the glass bottle and it was very satisfying. I'm probably going to buy another because they grew well and fast and they were so cute I miss them dearly.

It started to grow
It started growing great. The cork didn't fit great & even though I noticed it still lost too much moisture and died before it really was able to grow.

I love it
This is the second terrarium I have received from this company and each one was legit. I have grown small cactus inside the terrarium, follow the instructions and you'll be good. The only thing is the instructions don't tell you where to put the sand, in both terrariums I placed it on top after planting the seeds and the cactus grow.

Waste of time and money
Bought this for my 9 yo granddaughter. She went to the local museum here and loved them. The packed says growth should start in 1-4 weeks. That should have sent bells, but I figured why not, first one at a decent price. WHAT A JOKE. Every day this poor girl looks and every single day is saddened that there still is NOTHING. She thinks she did something wrong, which bothers me the most. I went elsewhere and bought another one, which by the way is thriving now. I told her that this proves that she did nothing wrong that sometimes you buy things that just don't work or maybe the seeds were bad. If you're thinking of this for a child, just don't. If for yourself? Again, just don't

Good germination, uncertain future.
I mixed the little bag of sand to the soil pellets and added the amount of water called for. Measured it exactly. A lot of sprouting was seen in a week. And this growth is another week later. So there's a lot of little plants.I understand that succulents are supposed to have drainage, so I don't know what will happen as these things grow. I kept the cork on the bottle for the first week. Now I have the cork off about half the time hoping the soil will dry before the roots rot.I'm giving a little sun in the mornings.I'll update this review as it grows.
