Outstanding Support and Kirby Vacuum
It seems like every time I leave a review, the star ratings change somehow. I give Savanna's Sales Unlimited 5 stars all the way around. The vacuum looks and works like new, and the price was amazing compared to the outrageous prices Kirby charges, but I do love Kirby vacuums. The last Kirby I bought and paid full price for (cost a fortune), my wife got during our divorce...lol Getting the vacuum might have been better than getting the house :-) I digress! I was missing a couple minor/small items and Savanna sent them out the day I let her know they were missing...awesome customer support. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. THANK YOU!

Missing items
I received my Kirby today. I was very excited! However, it does not work and is missing a lot of items. I'm extremely disappointed.

As Advertised!!
As advertised. I had a Kirby Sentria for 19 yrs and used it Every. Single. Day! I am a huge Kirby fan and super happy with this purchase. Everything I got was as advertised. Great experience and the seller was great to work with. Best vacuum on the planet.

Shampoo system was not sent. Three items in third picture were not included in my package.

Definitely NOT Sanitized
The description for this product is a lie. My vacuum arrived in a box that had an odor of bad cheese. It was kind of clean, but it most certainly was not sanitary. Several Clorox wipes later, it’s tolerable.
