Only problem I've found or had. Was the mouse button (not pad). I'm guessing the last owner broke it and returned it. Haven't had any other problems. The mouse button isn't a deal breaker for me. Absolutely love this elitebook. I've been using it a month or so daily. Fast speed and great definition. Also easy to use! Dosent have a long battery like maybe a few hours at best .

This is a great PC for a great price. Lite, thin and runs just as fast as my corporate PC that was at least 4x the price.

The laptop arrived with zero bubble wrap or protection of any kind. The back cover missing screws and loose, screws floating around in the box... The laptop was absolutely filthy, and sticky wiped it several times with alcohol wipes before I was comfortable touching it. Upon trying to power on battery was completely dead waited several hours for it to charge just for it to die in 45 minutes. The laptop is not refurbished in any way. The least they could do is remove the previous owner's installed programs/information. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY

My Laptop arrived on time. The product looked like new. Very clean no scratches and booted up with no issues what so ever. For the price I see it as a very good deal. If I had to add any negative input to add So far I would have to be petty and dig deep one minor issue with the little rubber boot that covers the keyboard mouse, its constantly coming off the peg. Here's a hint to whoever is in charge of the little rubber mouse boots. The rubber part has a square opening and the plastic piece on the keyboard that it covers is round. Trying to put a round peg into a square hole. Doesn't usually make an easy fit. . To sum this rating up I give this product, the techs the sellers 5 stars all the way. I highly recomrnd buying this laptop great deal

First time Win 10 user and I was surprised how easy it was to set up and start working. The I5 processor with solid state HD make it super fast. Have not tried the touch screen feature as I use it in desk top mode with 2 32-in screens. I was a bit apprehensive about a lack of optical disk drive (CD/DVD player) but all of me disc programs copied over to thumb drives without any problems. Very satisfied with this machine and will consider a second unit in the future.

No dislikes. Use for surfing, watching YouTube videos, and banking.

Por el precio, valio la pena, no me ha fallado en lo general, el unico fallo es por algo que no considero fundamental, que es el lector de huellas. Fuera de eso, el touch, y lo demas funciona bien.

I am extremely pleased with this purchase! I originally ordered almost the same laptop from Staples... and got a botched refurbished job for my trouble! The casing had multiple scratches and the screen was defective! :O So I was a bit apprehensive about ordering another refurbished product after returning that previous one.This time, I got a laptop that looked completely NEW! :D And I even got a touch screen as a bonus (the Staples one didn't have that). And the order made it here... the next day! :oI will recommend ordering refurbished products from Amazon from now on. Sorry Staples, you had your chance!

Un excelente equipo, con muy buenas características, la pantalla táctil es muy útil y llegó en muy buenas condiciones y antes de lo programado. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque no es compatible con Windows 11.
