The marble coasters are absolutely stunning! They match perfectly with my modern decor, adding elegance to my living space. The quality of the marble is top-notch, and each coaster has a unique, beautiful pattern.Not only do they look great, but they also do the job exceptionally well. They protect my furniture from water rings and spills, and they are easy to clean. The coasters are sturdy and have a nice weight to them, so they stay in place and don’t slide around.

Customer service- I want to start off by saying this company’s customer service is excellent—very responsive and wants to ensure customer satisfaction. I received these marble coasters about a month ago, one of them came with a mustard yellow stain on it. I emailed the company asking if I could possibly exchange the stained one. Their customer service was extremely responsive. They explained that due to the natural material, imperfections like the one described are pretty common, but they refunded me $10 which was very kind of them. I’d like to add that it was also after the 30 day period that they kindly offered this partial refund.Product itself- Absolutely stunning and very chic! It comes in this beautiful marble holder as well, that is really cute to display on my coffee table. They’re heavy and the quality is superb! I do want to add though, since these coasters are made of natural stone (ie porous), they are very susceptible to staining. I left a cold water glass on one of them and it left a ring shaped water stain. I do wish they were pre sealed, but perhaps I should purchase a stone/marble sealant to prevent future stains. All in all I really love this product—the quality is lovely and I will definitely purchase from them again for gifts.

These are BEAUTIFUL! They are exactly what I was hoping they would be! Although the coasters come very carefully packaged, one of them arrived chipped. I reached out to RadicalN Limited via their contact information inside the packaging. I shared a photo of the chipped coaster and they immediately shipped a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. They contacted me right after delivery to ensure the replacement arrived safely and asked if I had anything else they could help with regarding the order. I am VERY happy with the product AND their wonderful and attentive customer service. I highly recommend!

My wife and I were surprised by the quality of these marble coasters, they have a great weight and feel, the bottom material is so soft and great for any surface (we have quartz). I would definitely recommend these to elevate your home and make it luxurious!

There's bound to be variation in a natural product like this, but I'm a little disappointed that the ones I got are mostly brown. They fit just as well if not better than green would have aesthetically and still look great, so that's why I'm still giving 4 stars.I highly recommend the seller separate green and brown coasters and just add a new product variation. there are probably people that would like brown better. If the primarily green coasters are rare, they could just raise the price to handle supply and demand. I think people would rather pay a bit more to get exactly what they want.Regardless, these are exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't find anything like them elsewhere. The quality of the product is high and they still look top notch, but be aware it may be a gamble as to how "green" they are. I doubt this issue affects the white or black variation.

I have two of the coasters on my bedroom nightstands and the remaining coasters in my living room. Every other picture review had the other colors but none had the oceanic. This color is so gorgeous. It looks expensive and tasteful. I love it. Will consider buying one for my dining room.

UPDATE: Revising from 3 stars to 5 stars. The seller reached out and made things right by offering a replacement free of charge. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!I really want to give these 5 stars because the stone is so beautiful but the holder has a big chip on one side and is uneven - see pictures. I think I may have just gotten a faulty one but I would still recommend the product overall. I guess I just got unlucky!
