Purchased for friends whose air conditioner broke down. They were so pleased with how this unit cooled their apartment. Easy to install and use. Very fine purchase.

I am using the air conditioner for my office (15x15) and it cools it down quickly. Noise is acceptable even on a zoom call. Very happy with the purchase.

Let me start by saying that the first window AC I got was defected it made alot noise it would not thow cold air and the led from ac kept acting up also I would wake up sweating and the noise it made was loud especially at bed night it scared the baby Jesus out of me three nights and mess with my sleep schedule. so I call amazon the for refund but I wanted give it another try and got replacement good thing ups does pickup.Well first off the ac wings are real well made it dont seem like it break easy so far they stay in place and hold right and firm, well I had the replacement ac for a couple of weeks now. The replacement ac I got works way better then the first one I had gotten from Amazon.The led light temperature number works well and the remote works to but got press bit hard some times the only thing I didn't like it is a coin battery remote but is ok I got a rechargeable coin battery in case the battery dies it be nice if the remote was AAA or AA but oh well.The ac is some what loud but not loud like the first ac I return to get my replacement.For the room to be cold I have to leave it on 66 or less and for my room to get so cold how I like it also on cold the fan speed is adjustable from auto speeds to 1, 2 ,3 also it has eco built it to save you energy. I try the dehumidifier mode works well too you can adjust the temperature just not speed. if you want run in fan mode the speed mode is all adjustable just not dehumidifier mode only the led temperatureis adjustable.So far I like it it does its job the wings hold right in window and is not the heavy for my window and can be clean by open the front filter which I love because the ac with the side filters give me headaches. Right now my room is cold and I love it. side note the ac compressor is some what more open then other ac so make sure your grass is cut right and nothing Flys in side the ac . Well I'll be updating in couple months.

Well rated, effective air conditioner. The high speed fan is a little loud, but it Getty the room cooled down.

This has been a huge relief on hot days; it's excellent for our living room!Sometimes, I turn it off because I get a little cold. I also have window bars, which is a huge challenge for these types of units. I was able to mount it out the window on a stand so it fits with the window bars.For big cities, window Bars are a must, and so is comfort.Just a note: Because the unit is not outside all the way, I had to place a pan under it to catch any water drip.I am very happy with this unit!

It’s too noisy, it’s impossible to sleep with that even in the sleep mode. But this is not the worst part, the worst part is the temperature is gradually increasing while we are sleeping. We set it for 65 before we go to bed and try to sleep with that unbelievable noise and if we are tired enough we sleep after a while and we wake up in an unbelievably hot air and when we check the AC screen is showing 78, 79, 80… the temperature depends on when we wake up, if we wake up around 3-4 it’s usually around 75, if I sleep more so wake up on warmer temperature than 75. What the f… is this! I called the customer services because if this issue and they said to me it’s normal. What! That absolutely frustrating! I have just used it 1 month in 2023 and now it is almost another one month using… so the product are going to be a trash just after 1 month. I was hoping that they can solve the issue but they messed up! Stay away this product folks! Terrible quality, terrible after sales services!!!!

It is a nice unit for my needs. I bought it for my bedroom which is a normal size. It cools it down easily but it shuts down to low after doing so. I don't know why but it doesn't matter even if it is on high, once the room cools down the fan and temperature changes . The temperature will say 62 but the temperature will feel like a fan is blowing. The remote is not useful at all. I do like the unit I just have to turn it on and off again and then put it back on high manually. It also tells me when the filter needs to be cleaned which I like. It meets my needs. Update : I am totally bummed I feel like I bought a $100.00 special. When summer went into full swing this air conditioner took a nose dive. I bought it for my bedroom ( which is not big ) it feels like the room is room temperature. The fan while on high is very low it has the power of my last model when I put it on low. The cold mode does have cold air on ( keep in mind low air power ) but what really makes this junk is that shuts itself down to fan on its own. Although it is on high fan and high cool ....it shuts down to a fan . The way it would if you have it on energy saver or automatic . The problem with this is that the room isn't cool so the little it did do is now lost. I have tried ( during the day) turning it off and on again, changing the mode.... nothing. I would've been upset if I spent $100. forget this price point. I can't even say a glorified fan because the fan pressure is not as strong as a fan would be. I had bought another unit from this company for my livingroom the same btu's it works fine I wish I bought that model and I have no door to separate my kitchen from my livingroom. If you're looking for a cool summer, I would recommend buying something else. 🤦‍♀️

I am rather unimpressed with this 6000 btu Midea air conditioner. I’d seen a different version of it at a clients home that worked well but this model is disappointing. It’s much louder than the 6000 btu GE AC I had before. When it cycles on and off it gets really loud. It doesn’t cool the bedroom like the GE did and even on its coldest setting it struggles to even come within 4-5 degrees of the temp I’ve set on its thermostat. The bedroom is not huge so it’s a mystery why it can’t make it really cool. There are definitely better AC’s available for the same price.

Got this to replace a “portable” unit from another brand that only made noise and didn’t cool not even a room.This one is perfect! It is silent and cools my bedroom fast, installation was easy and the results are the best.I will definitely invest on a higher capacity second unit of this same brand for my living area next summer.

We live in a 4 level split, Master on top level and all sun from 4pm and on so hottest room in the house ! Also hubby works nights so daytime sleeping very hard when its 31+ out. We wish we would have bought one of these 10yrs ago . Works amazing for bedroom, its à bit noisey but dosen't bother me a bit !

Definitely recommended for a smaller room, but it gets the job done. My only complaint is that the "timer" function doesn't seem to work... so you're left with the default, which is to turn off whenever the room reaches the desired temperature, then turn back on again when it's too warm.

The unit was quite easy to install and has provided much relief during this hot spell. It runs efficiently and quietly.

Very happy with purchase,love being able to set exact temperature and that it is less noisy than previous ac.
